We went in there looking for some aromatherapy products, and whilst they don’t have any aromatherapy products, Vanessa was so helpful in guiding us into what products to get instead, as well as giving us some great information on the products! She was so lovely, kind and helpful! Thanks so much Vanessa, we will definitely be back and can’t wait to try our new products!
- YYYusra6 days ago5.0I had a wonderful experience at Lush today (like I always do!) but for this visit I just wanted to highlight Maryam. She is so incredibly sweet and welcoming! She answered all my questions, and made it easy for me to choose the right products suitable for my skin. Maryam also did a demonstration so that I could be confident that it would work well for me. Overall a beautiful experience!

She helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and recommended multiple products and options. She was so friendly, and knew about every product in the store. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect gift for my cousin. Highly recommend Lush, and this store is especially great!

She went above and beyond to be so helpful and was really well informed about every product I asked about. She had great energy and even though the store was so busy (a birthday party I think?), she made the shopping experience feel personalized with every person she helped. Great customer service by this staff member!!
- FFF-1Apr 20, 20265.0Every-time, I visit Square One location, it’s always a magical and beautiful experience from learning and discovering and exploring products. I especially want to highlight Yongxuan for her exceptional customer service. From the moment I interacted with her, she was attentive, patient, and genuinely considerate in how she handled everything. What stood out most was Yongxuan’s ability to listen carefully and respond thoughtfully. Along with Sydney excellent customer service skills, as well. They didn’t rush the interaction or make it feel transactional, instead, they made sure I felt understood and taken care of. Their communication was clear, calm, and respectful, which made the entire experience smooth and comfortable. Yongxuan and Sydney were helpful and professional, but truly went above and beyond. It’s rare to come across someone who combines efficiency with such a warm and personable approach. Overall, the level of service left a strong impression, and it’s largely thanks to Yongxuan and Sydney. I would definitely return and recommend based on this experience alone.
