  I just visited Lush at Square One and the supervisor, Yongxuan was an absolute pleasure to meet!! She's soo sweet with such a warm and bubbly personality 💕 She even let my husband and I choose a bath bomb for free to try out and I've honestly never had that experience before at any Lush store !! Thank you soooo much, Yongxuan, really appreciate your generosity ❤️

  My experience was gas. Me and my bros went and the service was immaculate. It was my first time in Lush, and Daniel showed us the entire store and gave us honest advice on the products and his personal favourites. 10/10, I had a good time!!!!!!

  I came in yesterday honestly not looking for much, just wanted to have a look at the massage bars. I always feel so welcomed in Lush, all the employees are genuinely some of the kindest individuals I have come across. One employee Selda saw me looking at the massage bars and asked if I wanted to try them. Of course I said yes and she also introduced me to the dusting powders that lock in the scent. She let me try them all and helped me pair scents with Lush products that I already owned. She gave a great massage with the Therapy massage bar and used Sleepy Dust on me as well. We had such a sweet conversation and she was literally the cutest. I ended up purchasing the Sleepy Dust, which she also recommended to put on your bedsheets for a deeper sleep. It wasn't a sales experience where I felt pressured to buy anything, I really felt like she wanted to help me find my perfect product. In line to check out, Selma came over to me and gave me a little free gift of one of the products that she used on me. She was adorable and I know for sure next time I come in I will be asking for her specific recommendations because I have literally never smelled better. Thank you Selma!

  What an amazing experience I just had at LUSH IN Square One. Im very new to LUSH and bought some products based on my daughter's recommendation. I wasn't sure about other products so I was asking questions. Selena, the store manager gave me some samples to try so that I would be happy and not have to purchase and waste a whole quantity. The absolute best service I've ever received. She was friendly, accommodating and so informative. The next time I visit square one I will definitely come back to this location.

  i had such a wonderful experience at Lush thanks to Vanessa! she is incredibly knowledgeable about the products. she took the time to ask and listen to what i was looking for and gave thoughtful recommendations. she knew i was looking for anything gourmand because of the body washes/ scrub i bought (Scrubee, Yummy Custard, Posh White Chocolate and Rose, and Posh Chocolate) and she suggested i try the Golden Egg, her friendly attitude and genuine enthusiasm made shopping at Lush a fun and enjoyable experience. it's employees like Vanessa who keep customers coming back. thank you for going above and beyond and making my visit so memorable! Golden Egg & Posh Chocolate smells like heaven btw 🥰 hope i catch the massage lotion bars in stock! edit: thanks to Hershia! i spoke to her in the morning to see if the coconut drench lotion bars are back in stock and she reserved one for me until i got there after work ! 🥰 and i believe the other girl's name is Yong Xuan based on the reviews! they were so bubbly and cuteeee would go back again 💕
