  I had a really disappointing experience at the L’Occitane store in Square One. I arrived around 8:10 PM Saturday , while the mall closes at 9:00 PM, so this was not “last minute” shopping. I went in wanting to buy just one soap, but the staff member at the front already looked completely checked out and uninterested, like the store was basically closed for the night. When I asked about a product, she was dismissive and gave me very poor, vague answers. Then, before 8:15 PM, when I was ready to purchase, I was told the system was “restarting” and that I couldn’t buy anything. When I asked when it would be back, she said she didn’t know — maybe 10 minutes, maybe 30 minutes, maybe not at all — and casually told me to come back tomorrow. That is completely unacceptable. If your store is open until 9 PM, customers should be able to shop and check out until then. If the system is unavailable, staff should communicate clearly and professionally, not act annoyed that a customer came in during business hours. The attitude was cold, dismissive, and honestly felt like they just wanted to stop working early. Other stores in Square One were still serving customers normally. This location was the only one acting like closing time was an hour earlier than posted. Very poor service and very unprofessional.

  Super sweet and helpful staff! Stopped by to pick up some small mother’s day gifts, and they had a whole table set up to custom write cards, and add dried lavender sprigs and sample bags for free 🥹 also Anju was super nice and made sure that everything was wrapped nicely!

  Wow what an amazing first experience at this store. Nicola was incredibly helpful and lovely to chat with! She took the time to explain their products and make some great recommendations. The store is clean and beautiful. I will definitely be back.
