I’ve been struggling with seborrheic dermatitis and post-inflammatory hypopigmentation on my face, so finding the right skincare and makeup products for my sensitive skin and repairing my skin barrier has been incredibly challenging.
I went into Sephora today looking for a better foundation and concealer shade, and thanks to Tia, I left with so much more. She helped me find the perfect foundation and concealer shades, a colour corrector to help with my hypopigmentation, and two skincare products that will moisturize and help protect my skin barrier.
I was in the store testing products on my own and feeling a little lost until Tia approached me and kindly offered to help. She was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely took the time to understand my concerns instead of just recommending products.
I’m so grateful I met Tia today. She made such a positive impact on my confidence, and I truly feel like my skin will thank her for it. Thank you so much, Tia, for your kindness, expertise, and exceptional customer service. Sephora is lucky to have you!
Horrible customer service at the Milton Sephora. Considering how quiet the store was, I expected a much better experience. Sadly, I believe it was the manager on duty who was extremely rude and dismissive. While she did send another associate over to assist me, that employee never came back and didn’t seem interested in helping at all. The overall attitude I received from both staff members was disappointing and unprofessional.
As a customer, I expect to feel welcomed and valued, especially in a store that wasn’t busy. This experience left a very negative impression, and unfortunately, I will not be shopping at this location again.
I hope upper management look into this and try to make changes to the team!

Visited the Milton Sephora yesterday and had a very disappointing experience. Staff were rude, unapproachable, and did not offer any assistance. Unfortunately, this has been a recurring issue at this location. Customer service needs significant improvement.

They got a decent variety of korean skincare and they got the latest trendy stuff here so I enjoyed my visit here just 1 thing that they got stuff not in stock & I would just recommend having more stock often.
I have been a loyal Sephora Rouge customer since 2015 and have spent over $16,000 on products over the years. During that time, I have rarely returned any items.
Today, I visited the Milton Sephora location to return a Charlotte Tilbury setting spray that unfortunately did not work well with my skin. I purchased it after finishing a setting spray from another brand and was disappointed with the results.
When I attempted to return the product, I was informed that the system would not allow a refund or exchange. What surprised me even more was being advised to simply give the product to my daughter or gift it to someone else.
As a long-time customer who has consistently supported Sephora and spent thousands of dollars with the company, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of flexibility and customer care shown in this situation. It is difficult to understand why Sephora would risk losing a loyal customer over a product worth approximately $50.
The interaction left me feeling undervalued, and I am particularly disappointed with how the situation was handled by the store manager, Anoud. Based on this experience, I no longer feel confident shopping at this location and would hesitate to recommend it to friends and family.
I hope Sephora will review this matter and consider how loyal customers are treated when genuine concerns arise.
