This location treated me with such incredible disrespect. I never expected such a big company to hire people with such awful customer service, specifically Jasmine in this location. Sephora will start to loose clients because of these type of employees.
I wish I could give you 0 stars to this place. These guys have 1 cashier on a Friday. I’m trying to buy a gift for my wife and no help whats so ever. Fix your location.
had a very disappointing experience at Sephora because of an employee named Jasmine. She was extremely rude, unhelpful, and very unprofessional throughout the interaction. Instead of making customers feel welcomed, her attitude was mean and disrespectful, which completely ruined the shopping experience. Customer service should be friendly and supportive, and unfortunately this was the opposite. If I can give a zero star I would, Sephora should not hire people like her .
Jasmine is easily one of the sweetest and most helpful beauty advisors I’ve ever been helped by. She took the time to share her recommendations - which all were amazing and I am loving the products I have purchased!
Even during the busy Sephora sale, she was super helpful and efficient.

ZERO STARS! Very unfortunate situation today at this store. My mom asked an employee a question about why people at the end of the check out line were being offered to pay before people who were near the front waiting for 10 mins. This is basic common sense, who is there first, should be served first. You don’t seat the last person who walked in a restaurant instead of someone who has been waiting first. Anyways…my mom asked this politely and was immediately responded to with an employee who would not look at her and said “this is done because it makes sense and it’s what’s we are told to do” my mom then said how does it make sense and the employee chose to turn her back to my mother and say “next customer please”
Next the employee chased after my mother to go tell 2 of her co-workers that my mother called her the N word which she DID NOT. I was there I was a whiteness who was not involved in the conversation between them two.
My mother left, I was then told that my mother cannot disrespect people after I had to repeatedly explain that I WAS THERE AND SHE DID NOT USE A RACIAL SLUR, she did not and would not EVER. Next I was told to leave and never come back, in a simple conversation where I was interested in smoothing out the heated moment where I expressed I was just explaining what I saw and what I was heard. They had no interest in this, instead in making sure I never came back lol, although it again. I was not involved!!(:
The other 2 employees told me that the cashier turned her back to my mother because she didn’t hear her continue to talk. I was there, I watched, she turned her back because she was done with the conversation. BUT…Then proceeded to say my mother called her the N word after that. I thought she couldn’t hear my mom???
Absolutely disgusting behaviour on this employees end, it’s pretty poor when whitenesses are saying that did not happen and then 3 employees proceed to team up against me which one is a liar and the other two were not there.
It was extremely upsetting to me having 3 people told me my mother was using racial slurs especially to that extreme when she did not. It is extremely disrespectful and rude to LIE AND CONVINCE YOUR COWORKERS OF SUCH A COMMENT AND CHOICE OF WORD. Disgusting, disgusting, disgusting.
