He asked for a simple, clean style and even showed a reference, but the end result was uneven and far from what he requested. The sides were poorly blended, and the overall shape just didn’t suit him at all. What made it worse was that Sonia seemed rushed and didn’t really listen to what he wanted. There was very little attention to detail, and no effort to check in during the cut to make sure things were going in the right direction. We expected a basic level of professionalism and care, but unfortunately this experience fell short. We won’t be returning.
- AWAbdul wahabMay 3, 20261.0I came in with my son, and when they said what haircut my son wanted, I said to get a neat side part and make it short, the lady had the audacity to keep my hair long and messy, and she added so much textured powder to my sons hair, that after like 16 showers his hair is still as hard as a rock (like actually) she made my sons hair like a druggies hair and gave my son, LOTS OF BURNS AND CUTS. One star never coming here again

Online Check-In can be used for all services except perms and formal updos. Please note that not all salons offer perms. Most salons require an appointment for these services, so please call your local Great Clips salon to inquire.
Can I request a stylist using Online Check-In?
No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
