  I went here yesterday to buy a surprise gift for my niece. I was in line waiting to purchase a gift card and I discreetly took a pic of the wall in front of me that said Sephora. So I could show my location to her and get her excited to see where I am. Suddenly this employee comes out of no where and tells me no pictures allowed. Firstly , I’m not filming, there is no ring lights or tri pod , there is no paparazzi here ! I took a quick pic like someone would do to remember a product they wish to buy. Why is it not allowed. I’m in Markville mall ?? Secondly. Why is the employee standing behind me while I am in line looking at my phone. Why are you so close to me too ?? I complained when it was my turn to cash out and noted how wierd this behaviour is. My first and last time at this Sephora location. That’s for sure .

  Thank you Lali for helping me. She helped me find my the foundation. She is very patient. I have zero idea what I needed. She helped find the shade and undertone. It was very busy inside Sephora, other customers kept interrupting us for help but Lali was still kind and patient with them, offering to help them after she is done with me.

  I frequent Sephora often and customer service has always been helpful….this visit was exceptional. Just remember the name NAT. Awesome amazing service….no one will be able to top it. Courteous, contagious charisma, unparalleled knowledge of products!!!! And NAT was dead on with the recommendations. I bought four skin care products on the spot. VERY Satisfied. Looking forward to looking a decade younger! Thank you, NAT. I will search for you next visit!

  Tried doing a return last week, and I was told I could bring the item back with the original payment method to process it, since I did not want it on store credit. I even CONFIRMED with the employee that it would be okay for me to come back another day, and he said yes. I believe his name was Nathan. The supervisor/manager was beside him during the transaction and neither one of them told me it would be a store credit still if I came back another day with the credit card. It’s not even the store credit that’s the issue. It’s the fact that the store does not own up to their fault and just brushes it off with a cold “sorry for what the other person has told you.” She didn’t even look sorry or try to help. Did not even apologize for the extra trip I’ve made to this store just because of the false information they’ve provided. Customer service was unacceptable.
