    The staff don’t even listen to you let alone helping and the cashier girl was just ridiculously rude and full of attitude. Never going back again in this store.

    I had a wonderful experience at Sephora today, thanks to Erika! When I first arrived, some of the staff didn’t seem very welcoming or interested in helping. However, Erika completely turned my experience around. She was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely took the time to understand what I was looking for. Her positive attitude and excellent customer service made me feel valued as a customer. Thank you, Erika, for going above and beyond. Sephora is lucky to have you on the team! I will definitely be coming back because of the great service I received today.

    I had a full-face makeup appointment with Sonia and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. This was my first time getting my makeup professionally done at Sephora, and I’ll be honest—I was a bit nervous going in because the only other time I had my makeup done (at an at‑home studio) it turned out awful. But Sonia completely changed that experience for me. She was so easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable right away, and took her time with every step. She did an excellent job working with my textured skin, and you could genuinely see the care and attention she put into the application. Nothing felt rushed, and the final look was beautiful. I left feeling confident and so happy with the result. I’ll definitely be returning, and I really hope Sonia gets all the recognition she deserves for her talent and the quality of her work.

    I had a very disappointing experience at Sephora Markville Mall today around 4 PM. While comparing products and removing swatches, I temporarily placed a few items in my tote bag because my hands were full and no associate had offered me a basket. I did this openly and in full view of multiple employees and customers. A manager then approached me, asked whether “I had merchandise in my bag“, and continued watching me afterward. The interaction made me feel like a suspected shoplifter rather than a valued customer. As an Asian customer, I left feeling singled out and profiled. It was really really offensive. And the manager didn't resolve this well after I talk to her regarding this issue, she has no capability to handle such contingencies. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and am a Rouge member who has spent ten thousands of dollars. After this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at this location and will not be returning to the Markville Mall store.Not the level of service I expect from Sephora.

    I wish I could give this location a better rating but every time I've come here, the workers have literally looked right through me. I watch them greet and help other people but for some reason, I'm always ignored, which is really surprising with the amount of workers that are out on the floor. I'm not sure if it's because of how I look, typically I'm a little dressed down but that shouldn't even matter. You expect a certain level of service when you're out in person shopping and this location doesn't even come close to what's expected, especially with the amount of money I've spent here. I've never had this problem at any other locations so I'm not sure what's up with the customer service here but it certainly lacks compared to other stores. Every time I go in, I wish I had just purchased online instead. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because the cashiers are usually nice when I'm cashing out (even though that's the bare minimum). This is sephora, why do I get better service at the dollar store? Do better
