  I have just finished my 10th makeup session with Nathan! Absolutely doing the Lord’s work with my face. He has amazing makeup skills, and I highly recommend his services for any big event! He is patient, kind, and hilarious when I am in his chair.

  Was looking to buy several things but literally just left due to extremely poor service. Needed assistance with a product that needs to be restocked on the shelves and tried to get this employee’s attention (tall girl with curly hair lol). Politely said “hi, excuse me” but she just looked at me and kept walking?? To be dismissed like that is crazy. You could have simply acknowledged me and I would have gladly waited if you were busy. Tried to find another associate and while doing that, I ran into her like 3 more times and was still ignored. Like who do you think you are? Girl this is just a makeup store LOL And it is quite literally your job to assist your customers 🙄 so yeah, don’t expect them to help you. You’re on your own at this store!

  I am very thoughtful for Tasha ( full name, Natasha) giving me excellent customer service today especially after my poor customer service from Victoria. Hence the 3 stars rating. Natasha deserves a 5 stars while Victoria deserves 0 star. Thank you Natasha for helping me out even though you were also helping others too!! She made me want to return back to this location. However, unfortunately, my shopping experience wasn't overall good because I encountered a rude customer service representative, Victoria. She was helping another customer, I waited until she stopped helping the other customer then she deliberately avoided me until I went to her then she called someone from the cashier to help me out. Please note when she called someone else to help me out, she wasn't busy helping anyone.

  I love this Sephora than the STC one because it has more stuff.. but I did pick up today, and Jasmine was being rude to me. I showed her the barcode, and she was asking for my ID, I told her politely that I didn’t bring it, and she seemed so upset, that she just walked out. Lol, this is the first time this happened to me, she didn’t even say thank you and just handed the bag like I tried to steal something from the shop. I showed her the email, my sephora app.. idk why she beefing with me lol.

  It doesn't make sense to have a ton of employees working in an empty store and still get zero help. When I finally found an Asian male employee today to ask about the Gisou hair oil, he just stared at me blankly with zero interest in assisting. Terrible customer service experience. What’s going on Sephora?!?
