Amir always makes recommendations but never in a way that’s pushy. He’s such a kind person, full of product knowledge, with the ability to form relationships with customers that feels so genuine. He truly wants to get to know the customers, and take time to talk to them. Today I came in looking for some face masks that would help with my dry and dull skin. Right away Amir greeted me with a warm smile and made recommendations based on my needs. The shipment had just come in from HQ and Amir was quick to confirm some new products with me and explain everything and make suggestions. I think he would be amazing at an even higher level in the Lush company because I truly believe he exemplifies the type of person you want working at a store like Lush.
