  Had a great experience at this store. The staff were friendly, helpful, and really knew their stuff. Lady took the time to help me find what I needed and made the whole shopping experience easy and enjoyable. Great place to shop for gifts, gift wrapping is stunning. I will definitely be back.

  The 2 ladies staff were absolutely nice and helpful but the cashier was on the rough side unfortunately. Too abrupt in her choice of words and came out as rude. We were startled. Too bad it ruined our experience with this store. I don’t think I’ll ever go back to that store again. The Newmarket one have way better service. Hopefully everyone will be, since we were served by someone who was so sweet, kind and very helpful with a smile.

  Charles is absolutely amazing! We went into the store to try some items out and Charles helped us out. He went above and beyond and just really provided with such a personalized experience. Highly recommend!! I will surely be going back to add to my L’Occitane collection!

  I went to the Markville location to buy some gifts for colleagues. At first only wanting some travel sized scentless hand creams, I came out buying a lot more as a result of friendly and knowledgeable service. In particular, a friendly staff by the name of THEO was extremely patient and helpful to me - someone who doesn't know much about skin care products. He helped me maximize some deals and I got half my Christmas shopping accomplished in one go. They even assisted me with wrapping paper/bags/stickers etc, which I requested they pack separately so I can wrap on my own schedule. However, while packing gifts today, I realize a key item is missing It was one of the holiday packs that was purchased as promo after spending X amount of money. The retail value was $44. I don't know how to prove I'm missing this item and therefore not sure how to approach this issue. I suppose I should have checked the bag to make sure everything was in there, but they had already packed it all up with the signature tissue paper on top. Update: I went to the store and explained my situation. They understood nd right away provided me with the missing product. I'm grateful for their excellent customer service once again! Review revised accordingly.
