  Ummmm I have to say…the crew working tonight were phenomenal and I am OBSESSED with my new products. They helped me find the dior skin tint & picked out some amazing products for me to try and safe to say I’m in love !!! Thank you so much I always have such an amazing experience here

  I will never go back to this location again. Staff is very rude and unhelpful. They just love to stand doing gossip with each other. Very bad customer service. No one wants to help to match products for your skin. I guess I should stop spending my money at Sephora now. Shoppers Drug mart is way better than Sephora these days.

  I visited this location today 25 September, I went with my kids and my experience with the Sephora staff was terrific. I asked someone to help me with blush selections one lady came and she just explained in rush and told me that she has to go other station by no mean she left and sent someone else and that girl too just went by that I latterly has to select and try everything on my own with kids. Secondly someone else I called to help me she seems to tell me that she is managing the floor so she can’t really seemed to interest helping me and again said she will pass me to someone other staff member. I did not like the Sephora staff interactions, their communication and this makes me not to go at this location next time. Sephora I suggest you to educate or train staff well and keep on supervising them to make sure customers are being treated appropriately.

  I just called to ask about redeeming points, and the lady who answered the phone didn’t even answer my question. I asked if a specific product was in stock, and she said there’s a ton of products and I can come and look. I then asked another question and she deliberately hung up on me, as I was speaking. I called the White Oaks location, and they were able to help me and knew what was in stock. Extremely dissapointed in this locations call staff.
