Despite how busy things were, she was kind, professional, and made the entire appointment such a wonderful experience. Her recommendations and techniques were spot on, and I couldn't have been happier with the results. I'll definitely be back to see her for future special occasions, and I'll be purchasing several of the products she recommended. I honestly don't think I've ever felt so pretty. Thank you, Lamar, for making me feel so beautiful!

One lady in particular, I believe Lamar (?) helped me find every brand I was looking for a one recommended me other products to try (which I bought!) I also used a ton of gift cards to pay for my items (I got many for my birthday!) and the cashier with pink hair and the light skin lady were so patient with me I couldn’t believe it! I still had a balance on one of the cards and when I got home I realized the cashier accidentally handed me a gift card that had a zero balance. I called the store and gave them the information they needed and they found the card with the balance and I was able to retrieve it. All in all I’m so satisfied with the customer service I received and the friendliness. I hope these employees never lose their light! Thank you so much!!
- OOOhereJul 6, 20263.0Hi!! I don’t usually leave reviews, but Lamar was very kind, patient and knowledgeable when I went to visit!!! ❤️ She was a superstar!! Unfortunately, I wish I could say the same for another staff named Nafe. She wasn’t as attentive or mentally present , because she was much too busy talking about her own academic career oppose to focusing on aiding customers like me in the store. Talked to the manager Erin about this and hopefully things improve in terms of level of customer service from all members of the store towards customers.
