    I came in looking for a foundation and Ira was so helpful, she did a skin IQ test and helped me get my perfect shade! Super friendly and helpful staff as I would’ve been lost otherwise!

    Had a very disappointing experience at this Sephora location. The staff were not helpful at all - they kept jumping from one customer to another without actually assisting us and they were not busy. When we finally got someone’s attention, we were just passed off to another employee. Unfortunately, that person was equally unhelpful and didn’t seem interested in assisting us and quickly disappeared. Overall, the service felt dismissive, inattentive, and frankly quite snobbish. It didn’t feel like customers were being treated with care or respect. What was especially concerning was overhearing one employee make a comment to another about there being “a lot of brown people today.” That kind of remark is inappropriate and unprofessional in any setting. It made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I expect better from a company like Sephora, especially when it comes to customer service and inclusivity.

    I’m a regular Sephora customer but my visit yesterday was a bit disappointing. To start off, Sandra was great and very helpful but it went downhill when I wanted help with scents. Sandra directed me to another colleague (didn’t catch her name, but she was short with black and blonde hair). Sandra directed her to me to help with scents but that colleague walked past me and went to another customer who was nearby. When Sandra pointed out to her she went to the wrong customer, the black&blonde store rep just looked at me, said she’ll come back later and never came back. It’s the next day and I still didn’t get her help. Discriminating? Maybe. I went to someone else, who again disappeared and when I went to a FOURTH associate, told her my concerns and the one who disappeared shouted “I have 8 people pulling me in different directions”. The fourth associate just smiled, said the busy one would be with me shortly then walked away. I was left standing there. I just decided to go to the cashier. The “busy” one looked like she left my product on the desk behind the cashier so at least I got that I guess? I understand yesterday was busy but the “busy” associate could’ve either communicated that to me, another colleague, or sent another colleague to me instead of having me there standing cluelessly. Anyway, this review should be one star, but giving two because Sandra was the most professional rep. Don’t think I’ll be back though.

    I wanted to take a moment to give a huge shout-out to Ashley at your Sephora location in Whiteoaks London. She consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every customer gets the help they need, and my experience today was no exception. The store was extremely busy, and while the entire team was doing their best to keep up, no one provided service quite like Ashley. She was fast, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my skin type and concerns, then gave me personalized, expert advice on what products would work best for me instead of just pushing a sale. On top of that, she went out of her way to help resolve an issue I had with a blush brush I’d previously purchased. She was patient, professional, and made sure I left happy. She also recommended the One/Size setting spray and explained exactly why it was the perfect match for my skin — and she was 100% right, I’m already in love with it. What stands out most about Ashley is her genuine care. You can tell she’s passionate about what she does, and she makes every customer feel seen and valued, even during the busiest rush. Employees like Ashley are the reason people keep coming back to Sephora. She’s a true asset to your team and deserves to be recognized. Please pass along my thanks and appreciation for her outstanding work!
