- SCSteve ChanAug 15, 20262.0The staff were not welcoming at all, no greeting when I walked in, very little acknowledgment, and some employees seemed to actively avoid eye contact. I didn’t feel comfortable asking for help because the overall attitude came across as cold and uninterested.

Isthabruq was super helpful and kind, and fully understood what I need. I know it's probably her job to match clients to their skin tone but I'm always impressed when they find the exact shade on the first go, and she did exactly that. Very good experience. Thank you Isthabruq!!!

I was at the white oaks Sephora location not too long ago and this young Sephora worker named Naife was going on and on about her personal life to friend that me along with other customers were ignored on multiple occasions , but at Masonville Sephora it’s always a breath of fresh air with the level of of service they provide !! Love this!! ♥️ ♥️
