  I appreciate when Sephora employees come up to you, to check if you need anything, instead of just standing around waiting for us to come to them cuz that can be very intimidating. Isthabruq was super helpful and kind, and fully understood what I need. I know it's probably her job to match clients to their skin tone but I'm always impressed when they find the exact shade on the first go, and she did exactly that. Very good experience. Thank you Isthabruq!!!

  Went there with hubby and family was so much more impressed by fantastic level of customer service than what I get at Sephora White Oaks!!!!!!Everyone working there are always on top of their customer service game asking if u need help , making u feel welcome and very professional the moment u step into their store!! I was at the white oaks Sephora location not too long ago and this young Sephora worker named Naife was going on and on about her personal life to friend that me along with other customers were ignored on multiple occasions , but at Masonville Sephora it’s always a breath of fresh air with the level of of service they provide !! Love this!! ♥️ ♥️

  Came to Sephora with my sister to get colour-matched, and Maggie was super friendly and helpful! I'm not too familiar with makeup, but she helped me with trying different brands and shades, and I was able to find my match! Amazing service :)

  Extremely disappointing experience. What should have been a routine customer service interaction was handled in a manner that felt dismissive, confrontational, and unprofessional. Rather than making any effort to understand the situation or assist in resolving it, staff and management approached the interaction in a way that left me feeling unwelcome and disrespected. The most concerning aspect was not the issue itself, but how it was handled. Professionalism, empathy, and respect for customers appeared to be entirely absent. There is a significant difference between enforcing policies and treating customers with courtesy, and unfortunately that distinction seemed to be lost at this location. I have always associated Sephora with a higher standard of customer service. Based on my experience, this store fell far short of those expectations. The conduct displayed by management was particularly disappointing and has left a lasting negative impression.

  Every time I come to this location, this girl with a head scarf (hijab) with the name starting with i (sorry I don’t remember her name fully) but she is very helpful and kind! She always goes out of her way to help me and my family out, I’m so lucky I get her every timeI go to Sephora! She is incredible, she’s usually at cash, and she will still give me so much product knowledge!! Very nice and helpful!
