  I have typically shopped at the Conestoga location but wanted to see what the Boardwalk location was all about. I was so happy to see Sue working there! I recognized her from two other locations. She was most helpful, comfortable and good at what she does which makes it a delight as I feel welcomed as a customer. Thank you Sue and see you soon!

  First time at the one on the boardwalk. I must say, I avoid Sephora a lot since everytime I come in a store it's self. Usually because the costume service is crap and or theyre just rude. But today was different, Around 2:20 pm I walked in and had the most sweetest girl named Emily help me, she didnt pressure me or give me sass she was kind and offered samples and great advice. Shes the reason why I will come back to Sephora. Amazing job Emily, 🩷

  I went to this location for the first time, and purchased the Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Finish Powder. I was disappointed to find that the product I purchased had already been used. The outside of the product had already had makeup and fingerprints. The product had also been tested. I had tried to call in the store twice to see if I could even return the product at a different location as the boardwalk Sephora is far from where I am. However, no one had picked up the phone. I’m extremely disappointed with my experience.

  This store deserves an award for being the best sephora in the region. The store is extremely clean, the staff are patient and kind, and there is a wonderful selection of products. I will say the staff are busy and try to help everyone they can, so I was left alone for a bit, but I enjoyed that time to actually determine which products I wanted without pressure.

  I went to this location with a friend who generally does not wear makeup but has a big event next months and wanted to buy the basics. We asked one Sephora rep to assist because we needed her expertise, which she did to begin with then walked away when we mentioned an eye pallet. This was after colour matching for foundation bronzer and blush. Clearly now busy with another customer we asked another rep to locate the colour of the foundation we needed which was done but she showed no interest in assisting further. Overall I was disappointed with the reps lack of willingness to help someone who at the end of the day spent over $300 in makeup products. The only rep that showed any interest was the one at checkout. When asked if anyone had helped I explained what had happened and she looked shocked and apologized. I generally visit my closest location in Ancaster which are wonderful in all aspects. Ira Needles you could do better!
