I had the most amazing experience shopping at Sephora! Sue was lovely and made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had about starting a new skin care routine. She took the time to walk me through everything and I really appreciated her kindness, patience and knowledge - I learned so much from her and bought everything she recommended. I’ll definitely look for her on my next visit. Also a shout out to Matthew who welcomed me in to the store and Emily who found great hair products for me. Awesome team all around!

Love Sephora and have been a customer for many years now. First time visiting this location. Came in to do an exchange and just browse, since this location is quieter than the malls. Was asked by five different employees if I was okay and needed any help - at a point it gets to be annoying when all I want to do is browse, but constantly feel like I'm being monitored. Little tip - when someone says they don't want a basket, stop asking them. I felt like I was being accused of something just because I rejected a basket for 3 tiny items. I get you're being cognizant of theft, but hindering a customers shopping experience isn't the way to go about it.

Wow — what a fantastic experience at the Boardwalk Sephora.
Erin and Sue were such a tremendous help. I’ve always struggled to find the right foundation for my colouring and skin texture, and they were the first people to actually scan my skin and take the time to find the right brand, shade, and moisturizing foundation for me.
I’ve been a long-time Sephora customer, but this was the first time I’ve had such a genuinely positive experience while searching for foundation products.
The store itself was calm, and at no point did I feel overwhelmed or anxious because of an overcrowded, loud environment. The music was at a comfortable level — not deafening — and there were no brand-specific representatives aggressively trying to sell products that weren’t suited to my skin type.
Erin was wonderful and incredibly skilled. When we struggled to find the perfect match, she reached out to the more experienced Sue, whose knowledge and perspective helped identify the products I truly needed. Between the two of them, I was so impressed that I’ll now be choosing the Boardwalk location over the Conestoga Mall store.
I find the Sephora at the mall to be overcrowded and overwhelming, and my last experience there left me frustrated and walking away with products that ultimately ended up in the trash because they were such poor fits for me.
If you find the Sephora at the mall to be too much, give the Boardwalk location a try. You won’t be disappointed.

Legitimately the best Sephora I’ve ever been to! So many amazing and sweet people which is super hard to find in a Sephora. The lovely people in question are Phillip,Emily,Sue and Usman! I definitely seen more of the employees who were just as amazing and sweet but sadly didn’t get their names, this is now officially the only Sephora I will be visiting.

Had a great experience in this store today! I love that you werent getting “mall crowds”, it was a pleasure shopping in a stand alone Sephora for a change. My mother and I were shopping for perfume as we had gift cards to use. We were helped by Phillip and he was an absolute treat!! I usually dont like being helped when Im shopping for fragrance cause I normally know what I like but he was a fabulous help to mom cause he got her smelling stuff she normally wouldnt look at. We both walked out with a beautiful scent all thanks to him! The cashier was lovely too, I dont recall her name, she had brown medium length hair and said she used to work at the Fairway location, such a sweet girl!! I will definitely shop here again, you cant catch me going back to a mall haha!
