  I just visited the Sephora on the Boardwalk for the first time. I was greeted by the girl at the door who asked if I came in for anything specific. She pointed out the section I needed. There was a sales associate finishing up with a customer. She walked right past me without greeting me or asking if I needed assistance. I browsed the store for a few minutes after picking up what I needed. There were more sales associates in the store than there were customers, and no one approached me to ask if I needed help. When I approached the registers there were 3 staff behind the counter not serving any customers. They all ignored me while I stood waiting to be served. For my first experience shopping at this location I am very disappointed, especially since the store was not busy. I will certainly not visit this location again.

  I really love this Sephora location! It’s spacious, has a great selection of beauty products, and never feels too crowded. It’s always such a pleasant and enjoyable place to shop.

  I recently visited this Sephora location and had a wonderful experience with Grace. I was debating between two products, however, one of the products that is holy grail status for me recently changed their formulation and I was hesitant to purchase it so I asked Grace if she had any knowledge on the product or heard any customer feedback. While she didn’t have any personal experience with the brand I was inquiring about, our conversation was pleasant and overall very helpful. Grace even offered to make up a sample of the second product I was considering purchasing as a nice gesture which I really appreciated. I prefer this Sephora location compared to the Conestoga Mall or Fairview Mall since it’s overall less congested with customers and is a more relaxed environment. The overall interaction felt more personalized, welcoming and comfortable compared to other locations I’ve visited. The store was fully stocked and extremely clean most likely due to less traffic going in and out of the store.

  The staff at this location are amazing! It was my first time at this location, and everyone I interacted with was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wish I had caught the names of the staff who helped me, but everyone working midday on Saturday Sept 12th deserves the recognition!
