- HGHilda GholamiFeb 27, 20261.0I came in to get a sample of curl power. The emoloyee persistently wanted to ask me questions about why but i simply said i have curly hair and want to try it. She was very put off by me not wanting to do an interview about my hair with her. I shouldn't have to stand there and answer 29 questions just to try and sample. She was honestly pretty rude and kept sarcastically commenting about the "human element" and how she should be the one to curate a product for me. Not all customers want experience and I shouldnt feel ostricized and judged by an employee for simply wanted a sample of a product. Her attitude and tone were very off putting and unwelcoming.
