- ASAddison StoneJul 28, 20262.0While I was cashing out for my birthday the cashier was extremely rude. Normally I have a lot more on my buy list but this was just a Laneige sleep lip mask. I asked what items she had for birthday gifts, she groaned at me, I asked what the in the box (the items in the gift set) on one item she snapped and said we didn’t have it. When she asked what I was purchasing with the birthday gift and I set the sleep mask up she sighed and asked if that was it. I’ve never experienced that poor of customer service at your stores. It made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was my 13th birthday money I was using and it makes me wonder if I should continue to shop with that kind of treatment.
