  The customer experience is AWFUL. I walked in, busy evening, and 4 associates in fragrance were chatting. I had no intention to purchase but found a beautiful fragrance by Jo Malone and requested either the small or medium bottle. The 1st employee took 25 minutes to look in the back during which time the remaining associates continued to push me to purchase more perfumes. It was so salesy that it was off-putting. Finally after 25 minutes I am told they dont have any and that I should go home and purchase online. What a funny way to end a customer relationship after you tried so hard to sell me everything I wasn't looking for. I thought they'd offer to help process an online order, I walked out and ordered direct from Jo Malone.

  Such an uncomfortable experience yesterday. An associate (thinner, middle aged, longer wavy brown hair) followed us around and lingered behind us as we tried to shop. I was trying to check out some First Aid Beauty products but felt extremely uncomfortable as she hovered behind me, making sure nothing left the shelf. I know you’re not here to help me; you’re just profiling shoppers at point. Sorry for not looking wealthy enough to be trusted by your associates.

  After being told I had an “unmatchable” skin tone by Sephora employees in the past, I had the pleasure of being assisted by manager Sarah yesterday, who was extremely helpful. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and test any and all relevant products to find the best fit. I’ve never had a successful colour match before! Her vast knowledge of products was impressive. I also had the pleasure of meeting Maria, who was just as knowledgeable on products, and just as warm and inviting!
