  Cassandra at the Limeridge mall location was amazing! She helped me as soon as she saw me in the store, knew exactly what I wanted! So pleasant💕💕 any time I’ve been in that store, I can’t get anyone to even have eye contact to get help. So Cassandra’s pleasant smile was refreshing.

  This store is a scam. I bought a men's gift set—having purchased the same set on previous occasions when the perfumes were much larger—and asked one of the friendly staff members to open the bag for me right there in the store. A woman opened it and then mocked me; instead of full-sized bottles, I got the tiny sample vials that other stores give away for free. It’s a way of ripping people off—selling an image while putting tiny, not even fully filled sample vials inside the bags. I will never buy from them again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend them to the Latino community.

  "If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! Jacky was absolutely amazing to deal with and a total gem from start to finish. Her customer service is phenomenal—she is so personable, warm, and highly professional. She took incredible care of me, listened to what I needed, and expertly helped me find the perfect product.   ​I normally love shopping at Sephora, but I avoid this location entirely because of the kiosk (Neo) set up directly outside the entrance. The kiosk staff are extremely pushy and constantly stop shoppers trying to walk into the store. Until mall management or Sephora does something about this aggressive soliciting, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere or ordering online.
