  The lady with short hair was extremely rude and annoyed. I usually order online but this time i went to store because I wanted a shade match. She made me feel like she was so unconvinced. I interacted with this women few weeks ago. She was rude then as well.

  While this may seem like a small window, I couldn't help but feel it was unprofessional to open your store almost 10 minutes past 11am today. I enjoy your products and would love to see the store's operations align with the high standards of your brand.

  The store clerk was trying to reduce the line by offering cash payers faster checkout at the corner desk but she didn’t apply the spring sale discount. I only checked after I left the mall so now I have to go to a different store to return and repurchase. They were very nice though.
