  Very disappointed. Went at 2 pm on a Wednesday. Only 1 cashier and a line of at least 12 people. Shopped around and no one offered help. Came back 1 hr later to at least get a gift card and still only 1 cash and a huge line. I will not be returning to this location.

  The 5 stars go to the Dior rep who helped set me up with beautiful scents for my upcoming wedding day and honeymoon. (I forget her name) It was a really pleasant experience and I am pleased with my purchases!

  I can’t imagine Sephora hire people like the employee that I saw tonight Her name was Linda , I said hello to her and she responded *What do u want?* with a rude attitude, afterwards I asked her abt a price of a product and she told me idk, she literally told me if I knew math I would be in a bank not Sephora. Like what do u mean u don’t even know ur products Customer service was awful, anyone in the work would know these basic human behaviors

  I have visited this Sephora location multiple times, and unfortunately I've had the same experience every single visit. While browsing, I was repeatedly asked if I needed help every 20–30 seconds. And i mean literally every 20-30 secs . Instead of feeling welcomed, it made me feel like I was being watched rather than assisted. What made this especially upsetting was that customers around me were able to browse without being approached nearly as often. As a brown customer, this left me feeling singled out and wondering whether I was being profiled because of my race. I cannot speak to the employees' intentions, but this is how the repeated treatment made me feel. This isn't an isolated incident—it's happened on several visits, and some of my brown friends have shared similar experiences at this location. I hope management reviews its customer service practices and provides staff with training to ensure every customer is treated equally and respectfully. Everyone should be able to shop without feeling uncomfortable or suspected.
