- HPHumda PathanAug 7, 20261.0WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER BY RUPALI. We purchased a lipstick here at the Halton Hills Location and i can easily say I’ll never be coming here again. We waited at the cash counter for 5 minutes and no one came to cash us out. When we noticed there was someone at the back, we called her over and she was so annoyed.. and for what? because you have to serve a customer? Disgusted by her look, and she genuinely needs to fix her attitude. It’s disgusting and very unprofessional. You don’t look cool by putting up a horrible demeanour. I wouldn’t even give her a 1 start if it was possible.

The staff seemed completely occupied with stocking shelves and paid little attention to customers. I wasn’t greeted when I entered, and when I asked a simple question, I genuinely felt like I was interrupting them. The interaction came across as rushed, uninterested, and unwelcoming. Customer service is what keeps people coming back, and this visit felt like the exact opposite. A smile, a greeting, and a willingness to help would have gone a long way. I left feeling like my business wasn’t valued, and I hope management places a greater emphasis on creating a more welcoming experience for customers.
