  Terrible experience at this location. I went to buy one bottle of Shower oil to try out and the sales associates were both incredibly insistent on me buying two of them for a sale. I told them several times that I did not want two, and I only wanted the one bottle. I have very sensitive skin and was not sure if the product would work for me. It felt like they were pressuring me to change my mind. Then, at checkout, the cashier returned the bottle I had chosen to the shelf and brought back a damaged bottle where the label was falling off. After paying I noticed the bottle was damaged and asked if she could swap it out with another bottle. She told me she would look in the back, but came back with nothing. She and her colleague said the bottle I had brought to check out was for the sale so it had a different SKU and could not be exchanged with the damaged bottle unless I did the sale. They said all they could do was a 10% discount, but I had already paid. Instead they gave me a bunch of random samples that I didn’t want. For a luxury brand, this was a very disappointing experience to say the least.

  Great experience at L’Occitane en Provence TPO! Staff Melody is super friendly helping me choose the right products. Prices at the outlet store are good and with other products in a combo!

  The worst customer experience I have ever had! I went in today in the morning around 10. Wasn’t greeted properly. The person at the cash didn’t even want to do as least as smiling. The entire time I was there she kept looking at her phone, or seemed disinterested, did my entire transaction without a single tinge of positivity from her end! Please note the date today . 2nd June 2026 / to match with who was scheduled to cover in the morning. Hopeless experience . Never ever expected this from L’occitane Halton hills. Do better. At least for the brand name you’re working for If not for yourself.

  I recently bought some hand creams from L’Occitane and had such a great experience. Yusur helped me during my visit and she was absolutely amazing! She was so kind, patient, and knowledgeable about the products. Her customer service made the whole shopping experience even better Thank you Yusur for your excellent service
