It’s not just textbook recommendations. She understood my concerns and helped me pick out products. Not giving a POC orange or darker colours, actually being able to see their skin tone…. Would recommend! Wish every Sephora experience was like this here.

She helped me find exactly what I needed and helped me (not knowing too much about make-up) know how to apply certain make-ups and demonstrated on me so I understood. Top notch service from Chiara and highly recommend her. Thank you Chiara, for taking the time to help me out
