  I went here with the intention of spending some money but just left because I was so annoyed. Twice in the span of five minutes an employee helping two other ladies shoved her way in front of me and my husband to show them the product I was browsing without acknowledging us. Totally fair if you want to grab something quick, but to just shove someone out of the way and stand in their space just talking is gross. Learn to say excuse me.

  Very disappointing experience. I asked for a foundation sample so I could properly test the shade and formula before purchasing. When I opened the container, I was shocked to see only a few tiny smears of foundation at the bottom — barely enough for even one proper application. I completely understand that samples are complimentary and should be small, but there should at least be enough product to actually test the foundation. I’ve attached photos because the amount speaks for itself. I found this quite offensive and honestly felt disrespected as a customer, especially considering that I also purchased a concealer from the same brand during the same visit. This is not the level of customer service I expect from Sephora.

  I recently visited this location to purchase a new foundation. I was greeted well by staff at the front, I was able to get shade match for the brands I was interested in, also the device showed the health of my skin. I must say going to Sephora when it’s not overly busy I truly enjoyed browsing and being assisted by a lovely, beautiful and kind assistant Madison!!!🥰🥰she made the experience much more enjoyable. She has an eye for makeup because guess what today’s Saturday Sept 12 and I wore the ester lauder 7W1 and the CT blush berry glow, my husband said what are you wearing today I look amazing not the usually oily greasy look I have by end of day!!! And the shade matched perfectly to my skin tone. Thanks Madison!!!

  Every time I went to this store, while trying just a few fragrances to choose from, an assistant would come and ask if everything was fine. Not in a comfortable way, like just a check-in, but they suddenly came out of nowhere as if they wanted to catch me! This led me to leave the store before being able to decide and do my shopping. It's so weird to me how Sephora doesn't teach their customer service that not everyone is comfortable being asked every few minutes, and in a sudden way that feels disrespectful. Because of this experience that happened every time, I will never go to Sephora, at least not this one. Another experience was that this store did not have a foundation I was looking for, which other Sephora stores do have.
