From the moment I walked in, Daniella was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overwhelming. She took the time to ask what I was looking for and really listened to my needs instead of just pointing me toward random products. You can tell she actually knows the products inside and out! She explained ingredients, benefits, and even gave thoughtful recommendations tailored to my skin and hair type. What I appreciated most was how patient and genuine she was. She didn’t rush me at all and made the experience feel personal rather than transactional. She offered demos, let me test products, and explained how to use them properly, which made me feel a lot more confident about what I was buying. It felt like she genuinely cared about helping me find the right products rather than just making a sale. Daniella also created such a positive vibe! She was friendly, approachable, and enthusiastic in a way that made the whole store feel more inviting. That kind of energy really makes a difference, especially in a place like Lush where there are so many options and it can feel overwhelming. Overall, this was one of the best in-store experiences I’ve had in a while, and it’s largely because of Daniella! She’s a huge asset to the team, and I’ll definitely be coming back because of the level of service she provided.
