- RRRichardMar 2, 20261.0Show up at 10:30am as hours say store is open at 10 and manager is just unlocking the doors walking into the store as I asked “are you open now?” she says not till 11. Come back at 11 and manager has food all over her face and in her hair like she just rolled out of bed. When I asked the other employee who was very kind if they open at 10 or 11 she says it varies because of staff shortage. The manager piped up and said Google hours are wrong and proper hours are listed on the website, yet the website specific to the store also lists 10am. Won’t be back.

They gave me some of the best customer service I've ever received. They are so knowledgeable and kind. This company's values align so perfectly with mine, I only wish I started shopping here sooner.You now have a forever customer! :)

Shows integrity as a company and as a fellow human being. Impressed by the wondeful service, rightful advice and going the extra mile. Look for aveda store person Leah (only guy) in the Westwood mall. He is the hero with a black Cape.
