She had long hair, and while I don't know her name, we found her customer service to be quite rude and unwelcoming. I'm sharing this feedback because I hope it helps improve the customer experience, not because I want anyone to get into trouble. Everyone can have an off day, but I think it's important that all customers are treated with kindness and respect. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve service
