  Gina was very patient, helpful and supportive. She listened to my concerns calmly and proactively provided me with a resolution over my wrong product selection. She kept smiling and educated me on the Mac selections and processed my exchange seamlessly. She is a great staff with top notch customer service skills.

  Had the best experience buying makeup at mac. So much better than sephora. Monica was super patient and kind even though I dont know much about makeup. Will definitely come back again

  On July21st, I had a very disappointing experience at the MAC store in Vaughan Mills. The staff member assisting me was rude and unprofessional. Even though the store policy allows returns, she made the process unnecessarily difficult, keeping me waiting for20 minutes. Her tone and attitude were dismissive and unwelcoming. It left me feeling frustrated and unwelcome. I hope management addresses this so other customers don’t have the same experience.

  I visited the MAC store recently with my sister, and unfortunately our experience with one of the makeup artists wasn't very positive. She had long hair, and while I don't know her name, we found her customer service to be quite rude and unwelcoming. I'm sharing this feedback because I hope it helps improve the customer experience, not because I want anyone to get into trouble. Everyone can have an off day, but I think it's important that all customers are treated with kindness and respect. I hope this feedback is taken as an opportunity to improve service
