  Clean even though it is always full. Staff are good and helpful. Ok, one didn't look to happy to be there, so I stayed away from her.

  Had an amazing experience at Sephora thanks to Gurdiksha! She was incredibly knowledgeable, explained everything perfectly, and went out of her way to make sure my needs were met. Highly recommend seeking her out for great service!

  My least favourite Sephora location. I’d rather drive to oakville or get delivery than go here because the store is too tight and my experiences with the staff have been negative. On my last visit, it was first thing Sunday morning 2 weeks ago and there was virtually no one in the store. I swear there must’ve been ten store associates there though. I know how it works so I approached the lady at the front door asking for some assistance to find a skin tint. She asked me what brand. If I knew what brand I wanted, I wouldn’t have needed help. I told her I didn’t want to deal with a brand advisor I wanted a store advisor. She tried to force me again to pick a brand. It was almost as if she was trying to tell me they would only have time to show me one product. That’s not the way this works. I tell you I need a skin tint and you help me find the right one for me. Anyways, she told me that an associate would meet me over by the Saie display. I tried their skin tint and it is terrible, but I didn’t argue. I figured I would just talk to the associate when she came. However, no one ever came And customers who came in after me were helped before I was. So I ended up buying Without any guidance. If I have to return it, I’m going to be Even more annoyed than I already am.

  I had my makeup done by Fatima, she did such great job for me, my makeup looked amazing and lasted the entire night. This was the best makeup application I’ve had. I would definitely recommend her friendly and attentive and talented service.
