  This cashier named sarrah wasn’t pleasant to deal with, I was trying to check out the items but she kept turning away to laugh with the other workers but just by me being there felt like an inconvenience or something. I’ve been a loyal customer to Sephora and this location specifically but never had to deal with such an attitude towards a person especially one who spends lots of money at this company. Another thing to mention is when I was confused why they over stocked one colour of one of the shades (it’s a new product I don’t know if the case displays the shade or not) and I was asking her which one it was and she said she couldn’t tell me if she had my the colour I wanted available or not) I paid and she didn’t even acknowledge me leaving or give me my receipt she just held it as she ignored the rest of the customers to gossip with the workers with a mean side glance

  Nim was very welcoming and took the time to show me different products. She was friendly, patient, and answered all my questions. The store was clean, organized, and had a great selection of beauty products.

  My wife needed assistance. The staff member Sarah or Farah was in rush and very rude. Her standard answer for everything was “depending on what you want” rather than suggesting something in a more customer friendly manner.

  Very bad customer service. I went to buy a product and needed assistance. I approached two staff members for help, but they said they were busy and would send someone to assist me. I waited there for around 40 minutes, but no one came. In the end, I had to leave without buying anything. The staff were also not welcoming—there was no proper greeting or effort to help customers. This was a very disappointing experience. Please ensure responsible staff members address this issue and improve customer service.

  I can’t get over 25 associates working in a store and 1 cashier with 9 people standing in line. Your mobile people are assisting customers not checking people out who are in line. The managers on the floor are not managing that at all! Come on Sephora Mapleview, you are the worst location for this - do better
