I had such an amazing experience with Charlotte at Sephora! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel so welcome and completely comfortable. She was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely made me feel confident in my own skin instead of making me feel pressured to buy things I didn’t need.
She took the time to listen to what I was looking for and recommended skincare and makeup that actually suited my skin, my lifestyle, and my budget. It was obvious she really knew what she was talking about. Every product she suggested made sense, and I left feeling excited to use everything I purchased instead of wondering if I’d wasted my money.
What impressed me most was how efficient she was. She was professional, knowledgeable, and able to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. She helped me build a routine that felt simple, practical, and personalized.
Charlotte truly went above and beyond to create such a positive shopping experience. It’s rare to find someone who is both so knowledgeable and so genuinely caring. I’ll definitely be coming back to see her for all of my future beauty purchases. Sephora is lucky to have her!
I had the absolute pleasure of getting help from Charlotte on my visit today. I lost my makeup bag & I needed to get a new foundation & concealer. Charlotte not only got my shade match right on the first try but she also helped me with finding a blush that was perfect for my skin tone. She was so kind, so personable & shes phenomenal at her job. I can’t begin to explain how much I enjoyed that visit (which sounds dramatic but a good in store experience goes such a long way.
Beside that, the store was clean and not very overwhelming which I can always appreciate. 10/10 experience. Shoutout to Charlotte 🤍

I got my prom makeup done by JOSH, and he absolutely killed it. It was beyond my expectations, great service, and he was very kind, fun and polite. Everyone complimented my makeup, and he was overall amazing!
Tried to return an unopened gift (stickers on the box seal are untouched) that I received as a birthday gift, but being 1 day past 30 days, i was simply told "the system wont let me". They could even see my birthday on the system proving it was a birthday gift (which i didnt receive for weeks). You'd think this large company would have customer service that goes above and beyond, especially for a loyalty member collecting points and spending for years - youd think there'd be some effort to try to get an exception. No manager was called or consulted with, I was simply given the customer service number to talk to. Disappointed is an understatement. We all know there is always a way to make it work or at least try.
Katlin provided outstanding customer service during my visit to Sephora. She was professional, kind, respectful, and took the time to help me with my purchases. Her product recommendations were honest and accurate, and I have been very happy with the products she suggested.
Katlin made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her knowledge and genuine care for customers are the reason I will continue to shop at Sephora and trust the brand again. Thank you, Katlin, for your exceptional service!
