  I visited Sephora at Lynden Park Mall in Brantford on April 9 for my birthday, and I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Nik. He was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. What stood out the most was his honesty and knowledge. Instead of just trying to sell products, Nik took the time to understand my skin type and concerns. He carefully explained the ingredients in each product and how they would work on my skin, which made me feel confident in my choices. I really appreciated that he recommended only what was actually suitable for me. His approach felt sincere and professional, and it made my birthday shopping experience even more special. Thank you, Nik, for your excellent service and for making my visit so memorable. I’ll definitely be coming back!

  I feel like every visit to Sephora is extremely uncomfortable and offputting, but the girl who checked me out was literally whispering and then giving me sass because i couldn’t hear anything she was saying

  Been to this location many times and all the staff is super helpful and sweet! I have been assisted by Jocelynn and she was great, gave me some samples and helped me find a face match! Came in this evening again to check out more foundation and Josh helped me, was absolutely amazing service and such a beautiful soul. Thank you both and looking forward to returning.

  If you go to the Brantford location, find Nik. He is an absolute saint of a sweetheart. So kind, friendly and helpful. The epitome of customer service; geuine kindness and care towards the customer.
