  the best sephora i’ve ever been to!! everytime i go to the store, all of the employees are kind and give me amazing help. just yesterday i stopped by for some skincare and makeup restocks, and 2 girls helped me out, kayla and safire, they are the TRUTH!! they were patient and sweet, gave good recommendations without being overly pushy and made my experience incredible. i will definitely be coming back 😃

  Saturday evening, my wife was in at Sephora picking up a product and she left quite upset because the workers were rude and gave nothing but attitude when she asked to be pointed in the direction of what she was looking for. No workers greeted her, so she approached 2 workers at the cash who then proceeded to be passive aggressive when she was looking at items. Then in the checkout line while she was waiting to pay the worker said to her in a rude tone “whenever you’re ready”. Every other time we’ve been to Sephora the customer service was outstanding, and as a rouge member I think a little more kindness and respect would’ve went a long way. Overall I was very disappointed in how my wife was treated and she won’t be back to this Sephora. Perhaps it’s time to remind your workers that the customers at Sephora should be valued and not treated poorly. Sephora is very expensive and high class place to shop, not a shoppers drug mart.

  Weirdest Sephora I have ever been to. All associates completely ignore you, stand around in groups chatting and don’t interact with customers at all. Then ask if anyone helped you at cash. No there is no help, they just ignore you and don’t even look up from their personal convos when you enter the store. Would recommend just ordering your stuff online.

  I had my makeup done by Kayla C. at Sephora Brantford yesterday, and I have never felt more confident! He took the time to listen to exactly what look I was going for, evaluated my skin type, and picked shades that complemented my features perfectly. His application technique is so gentle and precise the blend was completely seamless, and my skin looked airbrushed without feeling heavy. My makeup stayed flawless all night long without needing a single touch-up. Tyler is incredibly talented, knowledgeable, and genuinely fun to work with. Request him if you want an elevated experience!

  I had absolute pleasure shopping at Sephora today! Sapphire helped me a lot with right shades of foundation and concealer according to my skin type and she was very patient, Thank you so much❤️
