  Went in looking for acne patches. Melissa was a superstar! She gave me great affordable recommendations. Asked me if I wanted any samples. Chatted with me over perfumes! Thanks Melissa! The Sephora at BCC sucks so I'll be back to trinity!

  A huge shoutout to Manu at Sephora Trinity Commons!I had such a great experience thanx to Manu who was incredible knowledgeable and patient & overall such a nice soul!He recommended really best products for my hair & also helped me with right skincare products!Every time I go there he is always so welcoming & easy to talk to & very helpful!Manu got all the skills u need in a person who works @ Sephora ! We highly recommend to ask for Manu if anyone ever needs help @ Sephora Trinity common !

  I loved shopping in this Sephora. Lot better than City Centre one. Sephora sale was going on and I bought stuff all with the help of Esther. She was really helpful and nice to. I was being Picky and she was so Patient with me.. she helped me with shade matching and kept asking me if I needed more help. It was a nice experience, Thanks to Esther!!

  I visited the store yesterday.Rude staff .Store had no samples.I love Sephora .Other Sephora store associates are very friendly.But yesterday was bad experience.No associate came for assistance. I ask for some samples the associate didn’t behave well.Even at cash out associate was very rude.Will never visit this store again.:(

  I wish I could give this store 0 stars. I recently placed an online order for approximately $189 and later returned several items at this location. Thankfully, I reviewed my receipt few days later and compared it against my original purchase because I discovered that I had not been refunded for all of the items I returned. When I called the store, I was informed that one of the returned items had not been processed properly and that the refund would now be issued. While I appreciate that the refund was eventually corrected, this should never have happened in the first place. My concern is not the dollar amount—it is the lack of quality control and attention to detail. How was a returned item missed? Were the returned products and refund totals not verified before the transaction was finalized? Had I not carefully reviewed my records, I may never have noticed the missing refund. This experience has left me questioning the accuracy of transactions at this location. Customers should not have to audit their receipts and refunds to ensure they receive the money they are owed. Very disappointing experience and a serious breakdown in customer service and management oversight. I will be much more cautious with future purchases and returns, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this store.
