  I went in today to get some makeup which I don't wear very often. I had 2 sales associates, help me, and I can honestly say their service was on point. They were very knowledgeable and very friendly in my experience at sephora was amazing. Kendall and Jazz were the associates that were helping me through this process. Thank you very much for making my day.Stress free and helping me with everything that I needed the atmosphere was great .

  After being told to wait in a long line for a very simple request, an associate told us she'd help us after serving another customer. "I'll be right with you" she said, but walked away without saying a word.

  I’ve been shopping at Sephora for many years, & my experience has honestly been mixed. In the past, I’ve noticed that staff rarely approach you to ask if you need help. There are often groups of employees talking among themselves, & even when they see customers, they don’t step in unless you ask first. Over time, I just got used to finding everything on my own whether it’s products or the right shades. At times, the experience has felt uncomfortable. When I’m just browsing, I’ve noticed looks from staff that feel judgmental, like I’m being watched instead of welcomed. As someone who has spent thousands of dollars here over the years, that kind of atmosphere doesn’t feel right & takes away from the shopping experience. That said, my recent online pickup was smooth & efficient. I asked at the cashier, & she quickly handed me my order without any issues. Moving forward, I still like Sephora for the products, but I really hope to see more attentive, welcoming, & respectful customer service in-store.

  April 26, 2026 I shopped in this store for the first time today, usually I do this online. As we don’t have one where i live. The manager or supervisor that was on staff today was in a tyrant mood. We heard her publicly discipline 2 staff members. The store wasn’t too busy with clients and her outward display of un respectful public display in front of others was ridiculous. I was there with my 79 yo family member who was shocked. I hope this manager takes some classes in respectful communication and gets some management classes. Stay strong General staff at Sephora Bramalea City Centre. Your shoppers saw the disrespect that was dished out to you today. Other than the tyrant manager. The other staff were as helpful as they could be. Sorry I probably wont return. I usually just order online or go to one in a town while passing through.

  I had a really disappointing experience at Sephora today. I initially approached one associate for help and was referred to another staff member to find my foundation shade. While she did start assisting me, when I mentioned that I was ready to purchase and just needed confirmation of my shade, she told me she had to help someone else and suggested I find it myself. I also asked for help with a concealer shade, but again was told she was busy. However, shortly after, I noticed her standing around and not actively assisting anyone. When I approached her again later, she seemed visibly unwilling to help and even made expressions that made me feel uncomfortable asking for assistance. As a customer, I expect basic support—especially in a store where shade matching is an important part of the experience. This interaction felt dismissive and unprofessional. Overall, the customer service I received was very poor, and it made my visit frustrating and disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and improvements are made in how customers are treated.
