    I enjoy shopping at Sephora, but this location has been consistently disappointing. The testers are almost always empty, which makes it difficult to try products before buying..one of the main reasons people shop in-store. Unfortunately, I also haven’t found most of the beauty advisors to be very helpful when I have questions or need assistance. I hope management pays closer attention to keeping testers stocked and improving customer service, as it would make for a much better shopping experience.

    I would like to thank SOPHIA for her exceptional customer service. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional while assisting me with my Sephora order,”(meanwhile other worker KESHA was RUDE the interaction made me feel discriminated against )”. Sophia took the time to ensure that everything was placed correctly and made the entire process easy and stress-free. Her friendly attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. It’s employees like Sophia who make shopping a great experience. Thank you for going above and beyond!

    This was not my first uncomfortable experience at this Sephora location, but it was by far the most disappointing. I visited while shopping for my upcoming wedding and came in with the intention of purchasing several products after testing them in-store. I had a basket with me and was actively adding items as I shopped. However, throughout my visit, I felt as though I was being closely monitored and repeatedly rushed toward checkout before I had finished browsing. What made the experience especially upsetting was that I did not see other customers receiving the same level of scrutiny. At one point, I observed other shoppers behaving in ways that appeared far more concerning than simply browsing, yet I was the one being consistently followed around the store despite clearly intending to make a purchase. As a woman of colour, the experience left me feeling singled out and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, the way I was treated was noticeably different from how other customers appeared to be treated. I ultimately left without purchasing the majority of the products on my list and chose to drive to another Sephora location instead. As a bride-to-be preparing for an important event, I was hoping for a positive shopping experience and product guidance. Instead, I left feeling uncomfortable and discouraged. I hope management takes customer concerns like this seriously and reviews how staff approach and monitor shoppers, because no customer should feel watched or pressured while simply trying to browse and make a purchase.

    Very poor customer service. I visited the store because I needed help selecting some products, but unfortunately I ended up leaving without buying anything. There were plenty of associates on the floor, but no one seemed interested in helping customers. Staff were mostly walking around and appeared to avoid eye contact when assistance was needed. The testers were also in poor condition, with many of them empty or nearly empty. In addition, there were no napkins or tissues available near the makeup displays, which made trying products inconvenient. I had to walk from the entrance all the way to the back of the store just to find tissues. Overall, the shopping experience was disappointing and frustrating due to the lack of customer assistance and poorly maintained testing stations. I expected much better service and left without making a purchase.

    On June 11, 2026 at 10:45 at the Bramalea City Centre in Brampton I had a very poor experience. I went in to do a purchase and repurchase. I approached the employee at the counter as I was next in line and the first thing I said I wanted to do was a return and repurchase. She then proceed to go through the entire return process which was smooth. After that I asked her about the repurchase and she said she was unable to do it due to it being marked as unsalable. Meanwhile the product was unused. The manger Allison was of no assistance and they essentially said there was nothing that they could do and they suggested I go to a different location to purchase the product for an error that was not my fault. Moreover the employee Viya (that may be incorrect as I am not completely sure of her name seeing as she was not wearing a name tag, which was very unprofessional) was explaining the situation to her manager she expressed that the repurchase as something I just mentioned after the return when it was one of the first things I said in my encounter. My main point is to emphasize that importance of active listening and carefully walking the customer through the process to ensure that no one else has to experience the horrible outcome that I did.
