- PAPulkit Agrawal6 days ago1.0This is worst store of sephora I have ever visited as the staff have to much of attitude I don’t know for what Today I went to this store and asked for my pickup very politely, that lady who was wearing glasses first ignored me with such bad attitude. This is not expected from this type of store. Please teach some professionalism to the staff, if they have some personal problems they should take the day off, instead of showing their anger towards the customer. Please learn some professional behaviour tactics from your competitor like shopper drug mart. From next time, I will go to square one store or other cosmetics store and will suggest same to all my friends and colleagues.

At the store I was told that they did not have the appointment on their end and it was not their fault. The customer service was horrible. The manager showed zero accountability and just stated that she cannot do anything, its a system fault. There was no apology or an effort to find a solution. The experience was very frustrating. I would not recommend getting any services booked at this location.
