  As someone who used to be a manager in retail it’s very sad to see how much we’ve lost the common courtesy of “sorry about the wait” or “thank you have a nice day” - especially at the cash register where that is the last impression your customer has on their experience in the store. My mother and I waited patiently for 7-8 minutes to cash out as the cashier left her position to help the customer before us, and when we approached we were completely disregarded by the cashier, not even a thank you at the end just slid our bag across the table.

  worst experience at this store. Staff is not as experienced and i requested exchange for the product shade they did not do it and they did not returned my points becase i used my points to pay some part of the purchase.

  Sep 21 2026- Sephora bramalea city centre . My experience at Sephora was good . But when I billed and stepped out and checked my receipt I realized that I got three face mask and the fourth one is free but was billed for all 3 and missed to pick the free one. So I went and approached a sales associate and asked for help, and asks me to take her where I saw that and then she tells me it is for selected items and tells in a sarcastic way you should read it properly and instead of guiding me what are the next steps , she asks me to go to website and check if I was eligible to get the fourth the one free . First of all if I have to go to website and check why would I even approach her in the first place and she sounded very rude as well. Also my 2 year old had taken the price displayer in his hand while I was talking to her , and she grabbed that from him as well instead of asking me to take it from him or instead of asking nicely to give it back. I didn’t like that behaviour of hers as well. I had already purchased and billed and asking for help and is that the answer a sales associate gives. That sounded very rude to me . I was Very disappointed going to this store just because of that one person who doesn’t know how to handle customer queries and I was really not happy with the way she interacted with me. That particular associate needs to learn to deal with customers in a proper manner rather than showing attitude . I was not happy with what happened. Then later I went and approached another sales associate and she guided me in a very nice way telling i was supposed to get a face mask free and i can return the 3 face mask i got and rebill and claim the free face mask and even the cashier approached this in a good and polite manner.

  Beware of this branch!!! They are cons!❗️absolutely shameful and disgusting behaviour! We were Literally deceived and sold opened half empty TESTER product (rhode lips)! Instead of a new one! And another product that is damaged (milk)! How does a big establishment such as Sephora allow such behaviour? So unacceptable and the staff was extremely rude
