  I went for a makeup session paid so much money and also bought the lashes as they don’t allow you to bring your own lashes to sell you their products. The makeup services which was provided was not to my satisfaction and when I called after I did not get a supervisor call for 2 wks and I had to call to follow up. Please teach your staff some good customer service and hire professional makeup artist instead of hiring anyone and everyone. The supervisor with so much attitude please take some accountability and return customer calls in time. I would never shop and book any services with them any more. Stay away and find a free lance artist.

  We took advantage of the prom make up promo. Alexa B did an amazing job and gave my daughter a stunning, flawless, soft glam look. She was so patient and kind. Trust her, she won’t disappoint you. Alexa is truly talented.
