  I had a wonderful experience at this MAC Store at the Bramalea location in Brampton. I went to exchange a lipstick and Nerissa helped me. Her customer service skills were exceptional and she knew what shades to recommend. Every lipstick she picked for me was complementing my skin tone unlike my experience at the Square One store where I was left alone to pick a shade. I am a senior with limited makeup knowledge and Nerissa was very patient and did not at all make me feel uncomfortable. I left the store so happy with my purchase and I will definitely go back to this Bramalea store again. All the makeup artists there were friendly and courteous.

  Shopping at the Mac store in the Bramalea City Centre is amazing. Beautiful Rowida and Hillary are exceptional,It’s always an honour walking in the store, they are both welcoming and warm. Rowida and Hillary thank you both for your patience, product knowledge and kindness, because of you both I am trying new products. They won’t disappoint. Highly recommended!

  One of the best Mac store with excellent customer service.Their whole staff is very helpful .This time my experience with Alma and Alexa was Wonderful 🤩.Every time I visit here and shop it makes my soul super happy 🥰✨

  I went to this Mac store to find a lipstick...a blonde woman who was working here started helping me...I was trying to find a shade and she just got so pushy and made me so uncomfortable. I had to tell her to give me a minute to decide. So unprofessional, I wish I got her name. It was a very negative experience and I will never shop here again.
