  Fraudulent "Guarantee" and Zero Professionalism The Review: Do not be fooled by the "Satisfaction Guarantee" plastered all over Great Clips’ website. It is a total sham. I went in for a clean head shave and a precision beard trim. Instead of being upfront that they lack basic professional tools like foilers or razors, the stylist proceeded to use standard hair clippers. The result? My head was left covered in uneven stubble and stray hairs, and my beard lines were a messy, amateur joke. I literally had to go home and do the entire job myself. When I complained, the franchise manager actually had the nerve to tell me that "not using foilers" is their policy. If you can't provide a shave, don't accept a client for a shave. It is a classic bait-and-switch. Even worse, when I invoked their "100% Satisfaction Guarantee," they backed off immediately. They refused a refund and hid behind "policy" rather than honoring their own brand’s promise. They are happy to take your money, but the moment they fail to deliver even a basic service, they disappear. If you are a man looking for a clean, professional look, stay far away from this location. They don't have the tools, they don't have the skills, and they certainly don't have the integrity to stand behind their word. Zero stars.

  I have been visiting Poonam for over a year with my kids, and the experience has always been wonderful. She is extremely polite, friendly, and professional. She makes both adults and children feel very comfortable, and her service is always excellent. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a kind and skilled hairdresser.

  1 Star - Amateur Hour at Brampton (Airport Rd/Woodbridge) I came in on May 1st at 1:00 PM for a head shave and beard trim. I was extremely clear about what I wanted, yet the stylist was completely dishonest about their lack of basic equipment. How does a "salon" not carry foilers or razors? I’m a bald guy with a thick beard—clippers alone are useless for a clean look. Watching a "professional" try to line a beard with a standard clipper was an absolute joke. Just because the name is Great Clips doesn’t mean you’re restricted to only using clippers for every single task. If you can’t provide a smooth finish, have the professional integrity to say so before I sit in the chair. To take my money and provide a shoddy, sandpaper-textured "shave" is disgusting. Check your roster for the 1 PM shift and get some real tools—or some real stylists. Absolutely pathetic

  Today was my first visit, and I came here based on a friend’s recommendation. Unfortunately, I left feeling quite disappointed. One side of my haircut is noticeably shorter than the other, making the unevenness very obvious. It also felt like the final touches were a bit rushed. I came in hoping for a well-shaped cut without compromising the health of my hair, but the result didn’t meet my expectations.
