- CMCristina MiniaceMay 10, 20261.0Store closes at 3 pm on Sunday I walked it to have a wash and cut for my child at 2:45pm She doesn’t even have long hair was going to be more of a trim They refused service. They are refusing customers even before they are closed because they don’t want to work or clean! The salon was not even closed and they are refusing! I have been going for years here more than 7 years. I will not return! When I asked they said noooo and looked at me like I was crazy! No matter where I have worked we never refused a customer even 5 minutes to closing! Absolutely disgusting! After I left an elder man walked in at 2:48 and they refused him! And he had short hair. Disgusting service Will not return here and will not recommend here ever! I will take my business to another salon! Super lazy people and they look at you like you’re crazy! Put your sign a closed then and lock the door don’t leave your open sign on and refuse people. I used to work at salons and know how things go. We were never allowed to refuse unless they walked in right at the closing time. My daughter would have been done in the 15 minutes they had! I will definitely reach out to corporate and let them know that they are refusing customers. Will never return here!

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
