- BBBrandon BoothSep 28, 20262.0Friendly and understanding staff but I bought the cologne sampler set and was expecting the full bottle (100ml, as said on the packaging) of Maison Margiela by the fireplace but then realized when I opened it that it was the 30ml and it did not mention the size of the bottle on the packaging. When I tried to ask for a refund or exchange, I was told there aren’t any refunds or exchanges. I was then stuck with a 30 mL for $125. Personally I don’t think that is very fair pricing and it should say on the packaging the size of the bottle as well as if there are refunds / exchanges or not.
- PSParth SharmaSep 17, 20265.0I visited the store a few weeks back and had to shop some nice fragrances for a friend, it was a really chaotic day in the store but i had to make it quick, one of the employees Kayla helped me a lot, picking out one of the best options in the store and made me feel really confident in my choices . she also explained me about different fragrances and helped me understand what kind of product i was actually looking for, which i felt was really educational. She managed to help me a-lot while also being super busy which deserve a shoutout.Kayla's customer service is unmatched and it definitely makes me want to come back. My friend really liked all the goodies that i got .

She was able to help me get a full new skin care routine that actually doesn’t irritate my sensitive skin. My skin has been glowing. I love her recommendation also for the rhode beauty pocket blush.
