She took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently guided me through different foundation, concealer, and lipstick options. Ella was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the differences between the products, helping me choose shades and formulas that suited my skin and would give me the look I wanted. She also made sure I was aware of the available discounts, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful she was throughout the entire experience. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Thanks to her recommendations, I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. Ella's excellent customer service made my visit memorable, and she's a wonderful asset to the Sephora team.

We did some research on some products prior to coming to shop but given how large the store is we really needed a store associate to help us. That's where we met Bitel and she went above and beyond to help us out. She literally took us around the whole store recommending and finding products that would suit what we were looking for. So knowledgeable and friendly. We really appreciated it. Bitel deserves a 10 out of 10. For not only how well she did her job but for her awesome customer service.
