  While I do not wear many cosmetics, the staff at this location have always been helpful, welcoming, and courteous. I purchased a tinted sunscreen a couple of years ago, and today I purchased a cologne. Great staff! I will return someday.

  I had such a great experience! I believe the girl who helped me was named Jessy (I hope I got her name right). She recommended the perfect foundation shade for my skin—it was an amazing match! I only had about 10 minutes, and she was incredibly quick and efficient. She even helped me check out in just a few seconds. Thank you so much for the great service!

  Never again will I shop at this location- I’m buying direct from the companies. The last few experiences I’ve had here were not pleasant, waiting around for assistance, having to ask multiple staff who seem to be just walking around the store but can’t assist with recommendations. But the last visit completely ruined Sephora for me. I was one of three customers in the store with about 5 staff. I was looking at hair oils for a few minutes, using the Sephora app to compare products. A staff member came up to me and asked if I needed help ? Great, but I told her I knew what I was looking for and using the app for reference, she just stood there so I asked her for a recommendation cause it was awkward and she didn’t have one ? So I ended up finding something to buy , walked up to the cash and no one was there. I stood for two minutes and decided to check out another product I was interested in. Moments later there were two staff on their headsets walking around the store to locate me, once one spotted me she used the headset to communicate to the others. Another staff came out to assist me on cash , the whole experience was awkward. Did they think I just left the store without paying - I felt like I was being watched and followed the entire time I was in the store shopping. And after checking out another staff member followed me to the door. SMH .. do better Sephora, way to make a longtime regular online shopper feel comfortable shopping in person.

  I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora, and I want to thank Ella for all her help. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and patiently guided me through different foundation, concealer, and lipstick options. Ella was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the differences between the products, helping me choose shades and formulas that suited my skin and would give me the look I wanted. She also made sure I was aware of the available discounts, which I really appreciated. What stood out most was how patient, friendly, and genuinely helpful she was throughout the entire experience. I never felt rushed or pressured to buy anything. Thanks to her recommendations, I left feeling confident and excited about my purchases. Ella's excellent customer service made my visit memorable, and she's a wonderful asset to the Sephora team.
