  Went in for the special that ended yesterday at around 5pm. Big mistake. My partner and I are both not happy with our hair cuts. The Asian/Vitnamese woman stylist in her 50's (Stacey) at big bay point doesn’t listen to instructions. My wife asked this stylist to take off only 1/2 inch, instead she totally chopped off more than 2 inches!! Hair that she has grown out for more than 6 months. And it doesn't even look nice, not a good cut. I dont like my cut either. Way to uneven. The hairstylist I got smelled like cigarettes and just kept talking instead of concentrating on her job. I'm not here to listen to your life story. Just want a proper haircut. That's it, couldn't even get that. Where do they get these stylists? Where are they trained? They were clearly not listening to us. Now we both have to pay more and go somewhere else to get our hair fixed. Total waste of time and money. We're both never going back to Great clips again. I shouldn't have even tipped. You get what you pay for I guess. First and last time at great clips. Never again. Terrible experience.

  Our family always gets our haircuts at Great Clips! My 2-year-old son is no trouble at all—he actually loves coming here, and he even gets a lollipop afterward, which makes it extra special for him. We are always treated so well by the staff. The last time we visited, my husband and son had their haircuts done by Roya and Nikki, and it turned out great, as always! Highly recommend!

  Rosa at Great Clips did a great job. I showed her a reference picture and she matched it exactly. Great customer service too. Very happy with the haircut.

  Terrible customer service— they lie about prices. Over the phone, the employee told me I wouldn’t have additional costs for a blow dry. When I walk in she tells me it will be an additional price or I could “use the blow dryer and dry it myself”.. HUH? I had also asked over the phone if I needed to schedule an appointment. Employee says “no, just walk in”… when I got there it was a 65min wait time and they say I should have scheduled an appointment… While getting the haircut, I overhear the hairdresser talking badly about other customers who were calling and asking if they could schedule an appointment, because apparently she thinks they can just walk in… as if I literally didn’t JUST wait 65 minutes. There is a long line up as she tells ppl to “just walk in”. Okay. She aggressively washed my hair and complained that it was so long that it getting in the drain. It’s not like I can hold it up for you while you wash it. Anyways, i got the haircut but i ended the appointment with wet hair even tho i literally clarified on the phone i would just like it blow dried.
