  I had a amazing experience today being helped by Ubah, she helped me with finding exactly what i needed and showed me plenty of different options and she found me the right things based on my skin concerns. She was super helpful, really kind and had 10/10 customer service! I don’t come into this sephora very often but i had such a positive experience today because of her!

  an employee named zoe helped me and my friends and she was the absolute best and sweetest and she gave us so much help and so much advice. she was so friendly and funny and she was a real one. she helped me figure out what kind of sunscreen and moisturizer i needed that would work well with my skin. me and my roommates said it was the best sephora experience we’ve had. zoe is the goat !

  On online Sephora I had purchased 3 products 1 being a birthday gift for someone. when my package had come there had only ben 2 out of 3 things that had come and the birthday gift i had gotten for someone was missing. when i had purchased it it was in stock but i wasn’t let known it was out of stock until the package arrived. i wasn’t charged or anything but it had just been a birthday gift that i was hoping to have by today and especially since it had been on sale. when i tried to talk to customer service it hadn’t been very helpful on solving the issue and my frustration.

  I love the location of this store, but I've had too many negative staff interactions at this point, so I feel the need to review. The most recent was when I went to pick up an online order and I had my confirmation email, but my connection inside the store wasn't good so the barcode wouldn't show. The cashier was so rude and unhelpful. She said she couldn't give me my order without the barcode.... didn't even bother checking my name and order number or asking a manager. I had to suggest asking a manager and of course they helped and got me my order. Another interaction was when I told an employee I was looking for a face moisturizer without hyaluronic acid because it irritates my skin. She coldly told me it's impossible because every moisturizer contains it.... very false lol. There are more stories like this, but management really needs to train staff on being more helpful and knowledgeable about products.

  Went into ancaster location to buy mu makeup. As im standing in the area of the sephora collection in the middle of picking up product the associate reaches over me and pushes their way infant of me to help their customer. No excuse me or anything. Does it 2 more times. I than find my few items im buying and go up to the cash area. Wait in line for 5 mins with no one to ring me. Than the same associate who is wearing a black short skirt and blondish hair in a small pony tail than decides to ring out their customer instead of the people who are actually in line. No excuse me or sorry for not paying attention the customer in line already. I ended up leaving my product there instead since the associate has zero respect for people. I will no longer shop at this location again due to the fact they think all sales arent as important.
