My face framing pieces were down to my chin and I told her I just wanted them trimmed. At one point during the haircut, she took the front chunk of my hair and VERY quickly chopped it to the length of my eyebrows! It happened so fast I wasn't able to stop her, and now I'm stuck with chunky bangs that do not look good. I have never left a haircut and cried but this time I did. Worst haircut experience of my life and such a bummer.
