- GGgoogle google2 days ago1.0I had a really bad experience at this location this afternoon. When it was my turn, I was helped by a female stylist wearing a mask with her hair in a ponytail. From the moment I sat down, there was basically no greeting or communication. She briefly mentioned something about a “fade,” and after I gave a clear answer and showed her a reference photo, she immediately started cutting without confirming anything further. The entire haircut felt extremely rushed — it took no more than five minutes from start to finish. The clippers were used very aggressively, going back and forth with a lot of pressure, which was uncomfortable. Throughout the service, her attitude and facial expression clearly showed impatience, and it did not feel like she cared about the customer experience at all. The final result was unacceptable. The haircut looked nothing like the reference photo, and the two sides of my head were noticeably uneven. This is a basic issue that should not happen at a professional chain salon. What made this more frustrating is that I’ve been to this same location before and had a great experience with a different stylist — both in terms of attitude and skill. This visit was the complete opposite. Before leaving, I asked for her name so I could give proper feedback, and she refused to provide it, which felt very unprofessional. Overall, this was a poor experience in terms of service, communication, and technical quality. I would not want to be served by this stylist again, and I hope management takes consistency and staff training more seriously.

Half my hair is longer than the rest. I’m not sure if she was understanding what I was saying. I asked her to make it shorter and she only did one side. At that point I just wanted to get out. She was very nice and I still tipped but I won’t be going back.

The cut is extremely uneven — when I run my fingers through my hair, I can still find long strands sticking out all over. It looks like no effort was made to ensure the hair was even. On top of that, the stylist didn’t even bother to wet my hair before cutting it and just cut everything dry, which definitely shows in the result. I honestly expected a basic level of care and attention, but this was far from acceptable. Now I need to go somewhere else to fix the haircut I just paid for. Very disappointing and I won’t be returning.
