  I had an exceptional experience with Ceilidh yesterday! I had a full face makeup appointment, and from start to finish she was so kind and helpful! Even with my five year-old constantly asking questions and wanting to help, she kept the appointment moving along, all while still acknowledging her and making her also feel important! I highly recommend her to anyone; I was nervous about getting my makeup done and she made me feel at ease and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way! Great conversation as well. Thank you again!

  The products are nice but the staff seem to be talking amongst themselves, they don’t offer help. I had been in there more than once, and that has been my experience each time.

  Loved shopping at sephora grand lake rd. the guy name alokman or something don’t remember the name is really Friendly, knowledgeable and helped me find the right products for my skin. The store was clean, organized, and had lots of options. Highly recommend!
