The person at the cash asked if I was treating myself. I shared that I was treating myself after finishing chemo and radiation to one of my favourite things. They were so kind and and congratulated me and told me that I deserve this after going through that. They then added a couple more items to help ME with my self care. I left there feeling so good and happy for the first time in a while. I can’t wait to go back. Thank you all so much for going above and beyond.

At the conference we had talked about personal wellness, and Angela at Lush was ready to help! She met me right by the entrance, assisted and offered recommendations, and then gave demos of a few different products. She had tremendous product knowledge of everything she recommended. Absolutely amazing customer service!
