- FAFarahnaz Shir AliAug 9, 20261.0Yesterday at around 5 PM, I went to Sephora because I wanted help choosing a MAC foundation. It was my first time using MAC, so I wasn’t familiar with the shades and didn’t know which one would match my skin tone. I asked a staff member for help, and she tested one foundation on my skin. When I told her that I wanted to buy a MAC foundation, she simply told me that I could go and try the products myself. I found her attitude very careless and unprofessional. I clearly explained that I was unfamiliar with the brand and needed help finding the right shade, but she showed very little interest in assisting me. I ended up having to choose and test a foundation on my own. When customers come into a store, especially when they are asking for assistance, they should feel welcomed and supported. Employees are there to provide customer service and help customers make informed choices. Unfortunately, I did not feel that I received that kind of service during my visit. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience and expected much better customer service from Sephora.

I really felt bad i tried to ask question, they seemed not interested at all. Staff is busy everywhere doing nothing. Left store without making purchase. I’m a bit unexperienced, and Rayne was so kind and understanding and helped me out with finding my shade and which product felt the best. Super nice manager too (although I didn’t catch her name)! Will absolutely be coming here more frequently!
