- TTtaraforMar 31, 20262.0terrible ftont desk and no management . they put a girl at the front desk who doesnt know anything even cant answer yes or no question and said it is her first day ! and no one was with her . then she called the manager . I wanted to know how much is root color . then the manager came and said i dont know !!!! i am not manager of salon !!! so why you are there then ????? front desk doesnt know . you dont know . the girl even doesnt know stylist is there or not !!!!i think Jcpenny salon deliberately hires the worst front desk to let customers run away . terrible management .

- HHHaileyJan 8, 20265.0I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. I walked in hoping there was availability as this was one of my last chances to cut my hair. Luckily, I was able to get it cut here and it turned out beautifully. The length was just as I asked and the lady (unsure of her name but she has big curly blond hair and glasses) was so sweet. I got a short butterfly haircut and the layers were shaped smoothly, highly recommended.
