- KPKp P5 days ago1.0I had a really uncomfortable and unprofessional experience here. The hairdresser, Nadia, was friendly at first, but after I paid, she directly asked, “Oh no tip?” which already felt inappropriate. When I came back inside, she sarcastically asked if I returned to give her a tip. It didn’t stop there she made comments out loud saying people are “cheap” and not tipping, while other customers were present. She even brought it up again when we asked to briefly use a blow dryer. On top of that, she mentioned she doesn’t even work there regularly and said she wouldn’t be coming back because “people are cheap.” Honestly, that kind of attitude is unacceptable in any professional setting. We’ve been bringing patients here for a while and this is the first time we’ve had an issue like this. Tipping should never be demanded or used to shame customers. This experience was embarrassing and disappointing, and I wouldn’t feel comfortable returning.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
