- KTKim TNov 24, 20251.0I went in to purchase a specific perfume. I already knew exactly which one I wanted. I asked an associate for help and was told to wait because they were assisting another customer. No problem. I waited until they were done, but once they finished, no one came back to help me. I asked again and explained the exact perfume I wanted, only to be told to wait again because only one associate had the keys, which seemed odd. After another 10 minutes of waiting with no one in sight and associates chatting among themselves, I gave up and went to Macy’s instead. There, I was greeted immediately, got the perfume, and checked out in under five minutes. If you want fast, friendly, and easy service, do yourself a favor and go to Macy’s. But if you have time to waste and don’t mind standing around for 20 minutes while associates ignore you, this Sephora might be for you.

Treating me like I’m stealing a SAMPLE that another one of your employees just made up for me? Ridiculous. I was trying the IT eye cream sample on one eye— and then putting Dr. Gross’s eyecream on my other eye to see which felt better. Way to be a total condescending witch though. I was going to buy at least $100 dollars worth of product until you treated me like a criminal.
