  I had a wedding last minute and came in to get my makeup done here. They did an AMAZING job. The girls were so welcoming and sweet. They took their time and really focused on the detail. I forgot her name, but the girl with blonde highlights and green eyes (student makeup artist) did my entire makeup with the help of Sandy as well. They were sooo professional, nurturing, and overall made me feel so welcome. I would highly highly recommend this place! 💓🫶🏻

  My experience at this location was one of the best I’ve had so far ! I was satisfied with the treatment I received from Jay he was very helpful and really made an effort to help me find the right products for me. He never rushed me and took his time he was also a friendly person and easy to talk to!

  Literally the worst Mac store I have ever been to and I been shopping at Mac for years. Apparently she was manager there her name is Sandy has the worst customer service with very unwelcoming attitude if you are a mom! I walked in the store with a toddler and felt so attacked by her she sounded like a kid police who was constantly behind following my kid around like if we would steal something! She acted so entitled and told me I should put a leash on my kid only because my kid was walking few steps away from me. I am sure she has no kids or if she does I feel bad about how she treats them became she has no sense of patience what so ever. Deft complaining to corporate about her! She deft seemed very unhappy with her life to treat other moms this way.

  I would like to Inform you that This MAC location excelled my expectations. I just happened to be off my Corporate job and was in this shopping center with my daughter shopping around. As soon as we came in, We were greeted by Jay extremely welcoming and friendly without judging us like( ULTA did and gave us a horrible experience by ignoring my daughter and I when we had money to spend on make-up) so sad. I'm so glad we came into your store and had our experience turned around completely. As we roamed around the store he asked if we needed any help, which I did and he made my day by helping me find the correct makeup products I desperately needed and also did my make up. I purchased everything I needed and I highly appreciate him going on and beyond to assure I had the best experience ever. He made sure I became a member and now I can go in and what I purchased will be on my file just incase I forget my product numbers. This is Excellent Customer service. If I was working my normal Corporate job You would get all A's. Be proud of your Salesperson:471822(Jamison P) He represents your store with Integrity. Great job guys.
