Twice now she has wasted my time by being significantly late to my appointments (over 15 minutes) with no apology or warning and has been pushy about buying other Benefit products and preaching about how I should be living my life differently when she really knows nothing about me. She just makes me feel awkward when she does that and is hard to talk to. On two of the three visits I tried with her, she has stopped my service in the middle to pause and talk to her friends that also work at Macy's - including hugging other people when her hands are supposed to be sanitized to touch my face. Like it's cold and flu season, can we not? Not only is she wasting my time again when she does this, but she is putting my health at risk. I'll probably stay a Benefit client, but I will never come back to this location as long as Vivian is the only option.

(The tint looks even better after the first wash) She takes the time to map out what she will do and even offers to fill them after. Love the above and beyond service!

Each Benefit experience is unique to YOU and your needs. Your Brow &
Beauty Expert (BBE) will kick things off with an in-depth consultation to
ensure you walk out feeling (and looking!) great. Our personalized Brow
Mapping allows you to see which hairs need to go and which need
to grow to achieve I'm-actually-obsessed brows. At the end of the service,
your BBE will wrap things up by styling your brows, so you’ll be ready to
take ’em out and show ’em off.
WHAT IS BROW MAPPING?
Our personalized Brow Mapping technique helps find where the brow
should start, arch, and end, and spots any hairs that need to be removed.
This process ensures you’re not just getting any ol’ brow shape, you’re
getting the brow shape that’s right for you. Once you've mapped out your
shape, your Brow & Beauty Expert will work with you to achieve that shape
through a service, product, or both.
HOW SHOULD I PREPARE FOR MY UPCOMING BEAUTY SERVICE?
Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming
solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a
lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment
required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks
prior to your appointment.

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if
you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be
given to another customer.
WHAT AGE DO I NEED TO BE TO RECEIVE A BEAUTY SERVICE?
Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a
parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for
the service.
