  Wonderful deep tissue massage with Mae! This was a last minute decision to get service because my body was in need of work. Mae was fantastic and utilized the time effectively. My brother had a massage session earlier today at this location and encouraged me to get a treatment immediately! I am so grateful that I did. This is a new business and I definitely plan to return here. Thank you Pearl Spa!

  Inexperienced and tough to understand request . Had a couples massage and the process went well yet was too rough even after telling to soften up the hand motions. Had a Groupon discount and was given a dirty look after by our massage ladies. After our massage, was very pressured to leave a tip and after leaving a 15 dollar tip a dirty look was still given by the ladies.

  My friend and I purchased a 60-minute couples massage through Groupon. Unfortunately, my friend had a very poor experience, as she felt there was little to no pressure during her massage and that it consisted mostly of light touching rather than a therapeutic massage. My massage itself was good; however, my therapist left the room for approximately 10 minutes to assist a walk-in customer, yet our sessions still ended at the same time. After the massages concluded, there was noticeable pressure to leave a tip. I tipped $5, while my friend chose not to due to her dissatisfaction with the service. Overall, due to the inconsistency in service and the experience as a whole, I would not return to this location.

  👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 We came with my husband for a couples massage that we found on Groupon. The price listed on Groupon was one amount, but when we called, we were told a different, higher price. Since we really needed a massage that day, we decided to come anyway. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I was massaged by one therapist, while my husband was assigned to an older woman who was introduced as the “boss.” Her behavior completely ruined the atmosphere. She was rude, unprofessional, and left the room at least 8 times during a 90-minute massage, each time for 2–3 minutes. She was constantly distracted — talking on the phone, arguing with someone, shouting, and dealing with other people instead of focusing on the massage. Because of this, it was impossible to relax. Instead of feeling calm, we were tense the entire time. After the massage, I left a tip only for the therapist who worked on me, as she was polite and did her job properly. The other woman looked at the money and made a comment implying it wasn’t enough, saying something like, “Oh, that’s all? You owe me more.” We go for massages regularly and know what proper service looks like. This was, without exaggeration, the worst massage experience we’ve ever had. If you’re looking for relaxation and peace, I strongly do NOT RECOMMEND this place.🚫

  🔴 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! ❗️ I booked a couples massage through Groupon with my wife. The price changed when we called, but we still came. The woman who massaged me (introduced as the boss/manager) was extremely unprofessional and rude from the start. 🚩 She left the room about 8 times during a 90-minute session 🚩 She talked on the phone 🚩 She argued and shouted 🚩 The massage was constantly interrupted Because of this, a large portion of the massage time was NOT done and NOT compensated. I had to repeatedly explain how to do the massage, but she did not listen. The massage was painful, and after the session both of my calves hurt for THREE DAYS. ❌❌❌ When we were leaving, she started shouting something in Chinese after us. We don’t understand the language, but the tone was clearly aggressive and disrespectful. We have never experienced anything like this before. 🚨This is the WORST massage I have ever had. Absolutely NOT recommended.
