There was two girls, the one in the office was very arrogant, unprofessional and customer service is a very poor quality I’ve seen ever. She denied selling me more than $100 dollars worth of products because of a very minor reason, she was very despiteful and bitterly rude to the next level. They made me feel so uncomfortable and down that I didn’t even put the things I was trying to purchase back in the shelves. I just walked out and to make things even worse in this visit, both ladies came out running after me looking at me to see if I had taken anything, made me feel as if I was a thief. I’ve never felt such way in any other place or store in my life. Im very disappointed in the way I was treated because I’m a frequent customer most of the time I send people to go and buy for me and at the same time I send potential customers and people to get to know the store and purchase from where I purchase. But never again. There’s no reason why anyone should feel the way they made me feel when buying products of any kind period.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
