  I went in today looking for a product I needed help finding and Kylie helped me she was so kind and knowledgeable about all the products we couldn’t find what I was looking for but I got an even better recommendation for something similar I was very happy with my purchase

  Worst place to go. I went with my mom to buy some makeup, and the lady with long dark black hair was rude and started arguing with my mom. It made us feel uncomfortable, and I told my mom not to buy anything from this store. This has happened multiple times (at least five visits), so it’s clearly not a one-time issue. There’s also another employee who gets annoyed when I ask for help finding my makeup shade. As a customer, I shouldn’t feel uncomfortable asking simple questions. I don’t recommend going to this MAC Cosmetics location.

  Fuimos a buscar un maquillaje, en cuanto entramos a la tienda, las chicas saludaron muy amables y ellas me ayudaron a encontrar lo que buscaba. No perdi nada de tiempo y fui directo a realizar el pago. Excelente servicio.

  I booked the 45-minute redeemable service for a full beat at the MAC in Plaza Bonita, and Adrian absolutely delivered. He left me looking glammed up and feeling beautiful for my holiday party. His attention to detail and overall vibe made the experience so enjoyable. Every artist at this location was welcoming and professional, but Adrian truly stood out. I really appreciated the care he put into my look and the entire experience. Highly recommend booking at this store. Also I learned the have monthly classes and will plan to join the next one.
