True REST Float Spa

True REST® (Reduced Environmental Stimulus Therapy) occurs in our Float Pods that contain approximately 160 gallons of water with 1000 lbs of dissolved Epsom Salt heated to skin temperature. Everyone floats and benefits include pain relief, reduced stress/anxiety, and improved sleep. The normal float time is 60 minutes. The Float Pods also feature optional lights and music—you are always in control and may open the pod door at any time. This spa-like experience is designed to allow for a minimal amount of sensory input to enter into your awareness - providing several benefits and applications for health, personal development, and well-being.
