Being older & having cut my own hair for roughly 20 years I finally wanted to have someone else handle it without paying too much. I've found 2-3 stylist that are talented & reliable. I over tip to show my appreciation. I highly recommend Napa's Great Clips!
- RRRyanOct 13, 20251.0Very bad male haircut. I asked for a basic fade and ended up with a faux hawk since she took way too much off the sides. Very uneven cut as well. Also there is no fade, just a #2 all around. They gave me a full refund, but there was no apology from the manager when I went back to recieve the refund, I showed her my hair and she said "it doesn't look that bad". Lastly, $25 seems steep for a "budget" haircut.

Can't beat the price at Great Clips. All the time the wait is less, the hair cut was done as expected and neat and clean. No chopped hairs on the neck or shoulder, staff are courteous and professional. This location located at the same plaza of Target Napa and various establishments next to it. Plenty or parking. Close to the highway and near the car dealerships and clinics where my mom had an appointment. Tip: make sure to check in ahead of time online to avoid waiting for long time. It will let you know how much wait time or what's your spot in line.

Even so, the wait was not very long. My stylist, Quyen, did great! We chatted about our lives a little, while she made me look good. I will plan on being a repeat customer.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
