- MSMari S3 days ago5.0I had the BEST experience with Janae at Sephora 💄✨ After spending over an hour at another location swatching foundations, I walked outside and realized everything looked completely different in natural lighting 😩 I had spent so much money and honestly felt frustrated having to start over. That’s when Janae at the Murrieta location stepped in and she was AMAZING She took her time with me, really listened, and used her knowledge to guide me in the right direction. She was patient, professional, and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. Instead of rushing me, she made sure I left confident in my choices. She even gave me samples so I could test everything in real life, all-day wear (which is SO important), and I’m already loving everything she recommended. I’ll definitely be going back to purchase all the products! On top of that, she was handling the store by herself greeting everyone that came in and out and still gave top-tier service to me. That says everything about her work ethic and dedication. Janae, thank you so much for your help, you truly turned my whole experience around! 💕
