He takes the time to understand exactly what you want and delivers one of the best haircuts I’ve had. The experience is always smooth and comfortable, and you can tell he really cares about his craft. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and skilled barber.
- SSsridhar sundaramJan 11, 20261.0Jasper stylist did not do a good job.Found him incapable of suggesting any thing good interms of haircut /style or just confirming his understanding.He blindly keeps on asking you number for trimming the hair...he doesnt know anything abt styling nor ask to understand what the customer wants.he wil keep on asking the number and then If u give a number, he will blindly use the trimmer/ clipper with the number and pass the blame on you that you told the number.. Do i hv to explicitly mention that they have to use scissors... what level are we stooging to.....This is my second encounter with him and it turned out to be a disaster....first one, some other stylist who knew the job saved the day. 1 is a over rating... It should be negative.. He should not be doing this job or sent to training again (more importanly about understanding what customer wants). I have had positive experience in this salon earlier though with other stylists.

I think Great Clips sends newbies to this branch for training. The people working there seem to have nothing else to do. A new guy came in; he didn't know how to hold the shaver and randomly he shaved me first from the right side, then the left. He doesnt know what he did. Terrible experience if you want to go please choose palo alto great clips at least they are kind. This staff totally ignorant and rude

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
