- OWoMichelle WeissenbachFeb 5, 20265.0I had the loveliest experience last night at the hair salon. I met Sarah. She did a great job cutting my hair but she also made the whole experience enjoyable. She was sweet, thoughtful, professional and so very pleasant. I left the salon happier than when I came in, and that was a great feeling. When the salon first opened, I was young. I spent a lot of years sitting in these chairs, with many hair stylists. A lot has changed over the years (especially looking in the mirror now and a senior citizen is looking back.) I was so glad I came back. I will be calling on Sarah again. Thank you Sarah!

- SBShelly BarnesOct 19, 20181.0I went in to get my hair colored light blonde. A woman named Olga took me, and I showed her a picture on my phone exactly what I wanted. She put the dye on my hair and let it develop. I started to notice how dark it was turning but thought she knew what she was doing. After she took me back to wash my hair she told me to take a look and see how I liked it. My hair was not the light blonde I wanted but a dark brown that looked greenish/gray! She said she put an ash brown on it. It was the complete opposite of the picture I showed her! Her manager saw I was upset and came over to tell me if I wanted my hair light blonde they would have to bleach it. I said forget it and had to pay for a color that looked ridiculous as well as go somewhere else to pay to get it fixed! Extremely unprofessional and had no idea what they were doing! Will never return for services here!
- JTJ TylerJun 12, 20185.0Amparo is a miracle worker. I made the mistake to go to get a Fantastic Sam's haircut and it was choppy and the worst haircut ever. I thought I would get a good cut since she said she was the manager but that did not happen. However, I walked in and met Amparo in the front. She took me back right away and fixed the disaster. I have had so many compliments on my hair since and I appreciate the skill and professionalism she exemplified. Forever grateful to her! 10 stars!! Thank you Amparo you are my hair "protector" as your name means.
