- CPcarrie pinedoMay 9, 20241.0I was 10 minutes late I was in the parking lot and yet stylist called said she had other clients and would have to cancel my appointment said ok go ahead cancel it I would reschedule. I was coming from Chino and there was two unexpected accidents on freeway but still tried make it on time. Went in to make an appointment with someone else on a different day. The older lady with curly short hair at the front desk gave me an attitude and said we have no one else basically yelling. I previously went to this salon for years and Robin Apparicio used to do my hair I moved to Chino so I stopped coming. But figured since I got excellent customer service I would come back. The service I wanted would of been a 200 plus service with a 30% tip. I always paid good money tipped well but because there poor attitude I declined. BTW SALON WAS EMPTY!

My daughter has sensory difficulties and the staff here was amazing at accommodating her. This was the first hair cut in 5 years that didn't end in tears. Jessie listened to my little girl and made adjustments throughout the entire time. Jessie was calm and fun at the same time. She gave clear and simple directions to my daughter when the scissors came out. The other staff members were also knowledgeable about my questions on "swim hair" and gave me good advice. I will definitely be back.
