- PMPriscilla MedranoMar 10, 20261.0Poor service. I asked for a specific dior mascara and the staff first said "we dont have it". Later she said, oh wait we have 1 last one. I trusted the staff had gotten me the correct one and did not check bag item by item, as I had purchased several items. I went on vacation for several weeks and came back when I noticed the staff handed me the wrong mascara. I went back to return it approx 2 weeks after their 30 day return policy and they would not return it or exchange it. Bad service. This was the staff fault of giving me wrong item, they should try to help a customer out. Especially if you shop there and dont have a history of returning things. I will never shop at Monterey sephora, both manager and staff are rude.

- ONOrlando NellFeb 27, 20261.0I am beyond disappointed with my experience at this Sephora location. From the moment I walked in, I wasn't even acknowledged—no greeting, nothing. The situation at the registers was even worse. I stood in line behind another customer who eventually gave up and walked out because no one showed up to help. When I finally made it to the front, an associate told me, "I’ll be right there with you," and then proceeded to ignore me for several more minutes. We eventually decided to leave without buying anything. It wasn't until we were halfway out the door that someone finally called out, "Honey, I’ll take care of you now." By then, it was too little, too late. If you value your time, I’d recommend shopping online or going elsewhere. The lack of basic customer service here is shocking.
